Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Northern Thailand

Bin was brilliant from start to finish allowed us to check in very early due to my dad being 81 years old. So kind polite fantastic English , just true professional and nice guy. Apartment perfect so cosy . Swimming pool and gym great . Lovely coffee shop in lobby , highly recommend

Apartments with a pleasant view of greenery and the river. All necessities for cooking and laundry are available. Clean bed linens and towels of good quality. There's a large clean swimming pool on the property. The construction nearby is barely audible, cicadas are much louder. Only annoying thing is the noise from the refrigerator. Overall, I enjoyed everything and recommend it.

Lovely studio. The space is large in design compared to most of Astra. Really nice huge balcony overlooking the greenery and pool of shangri-la A nice amount of cooking tools compared to most of Astra Cai is nice, helpful, and communicative

We stayed here for 5 weeks and absolutely loved it. The space was clean, cozy, and had a great atmosphere. It was conveniently located near Maya Mall and Chiang Mai University. The management staff was very friendly and helpful. I especially loved the view from the high floor, and Echo was always quick to respond and easy to communicate with. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Chiang Mai.

We spent a month at this condo and never regretted our choice. The host made things easy for us and responded quickly when we needed him. The location was terrific. It was within walking distance of a huge mall and a 15-minute ride to the Night Market. The pool was huge and we always felt safe. We would highly recommend this place!

The stay was just perfect! Communication with the host was clear, fast and always available for any need. The apartment was exactly as described – very clean, well furnished and cared for in every detail. The location is excellent, convenient for getting around and visiting the area. We found everything we needed, and even something more! You can see that the host really cares about making guests feel at home. Highly recommended – I would definitely come back!

Maam was a great host — responsive, helpful, and friendly. The place is walking distance from several delicious brunch-style and local Thai restaurants so it’s very convenient.

It’s a really nice, clean and modern place! Getting in was super easy and I appreciated the small things such as plenty of towels presented in a beautiful day, as well as the bottles of water and coffee. The pool and gym was also very nice, and there was a private cafe in the entrance of the condo. A great alternative for anyone who needs to stay close to the Shangri-la for a fraction of the price!

We only stayed a few nights in this apartment as there was so building damage which affected the apartment. Our accomodation was sorted by Leslie who relocated us to another apartment on another floor. The apartment we booked was quickly sorted out over the next few days - but in the end the owner and Leslie (host) thought it best that we stay in the new place so not to inconvenience us anymore. We appreciated this greatly - Communication was excellent and the fact that we were considered was so thoughtful. A review of this apartment that we booked was that it was well appointed, clean and as appeared in the advertising. We would have been happy to stay when it was fixed. What set the alternative apartment apart from this one was it was higher up and was on the other side of the building with better views. Others both apartments were fantastic. The beds are Thai beds (not western) which means they are hard. If we could ask for one thing to be improved, it would be this.

I have stayed at various Airbnb places in Chiang Mai since 2022. With no though that Aon's condo was the ultimate Airbag experience for me in Chiang Mai. I was so impressed with every fine details that she placed at the condo, including the clean wine glasses, cookware, utensils, soft bed, ahd soaking bathtub. She even installed a safety net to prevent the accident on the balcony. I have a shower water filter to remove the harmful ingredients from tap water in my house. You will find it here too. The ultimate Aurbnb experience and better than most five star hotel experience in Chiang Mai.

Amazing place to stay in Chiang Rai, host was very lovely and always responded. Do not miss out on this place! It is situated in a very modern area. Public pool, gym, and playground for the housing complex, able to use. Provided comfy slippers, and a great amount of bottled water. Walkable distance to 7-eleven and nearby food stalls.

This place was extremely clean and well organized. The host are very nice and responsive. Anytime I had a question they always responded quickly and were very helpful with whatever we needed. The area is very quiet and relaxing, and the price is well worth it. The place has all the supplies you will need. The people are very friendly and I really enjoyed my time here.

This was my first time using Airbnb, and I was extremely satisfied. The host was very easy to communicate with, and even when I had a car accident during my stay, he was helpful in answering my questions about the situation. It was really comforting to have someone I could ask about Thailand while staying in Chiang Mai. The house was very private, spotless, and I woke up every morning to the sound of birds, which was such a peaceful experience. I'm already thinking about coming back to Chiang Mai, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you.

The house was exactly like the pictures. It has 3 large en-suite bedrooms, all beautiful. It was very spacious, quiet and private. There was access to a pool and a gym, usually we were the only people there. There is 24 hour security at the gate, and the guards were very polite and friendly. Bill sent us a list of local amenities that was helpful. We hired a scooter for the duration of our stay, although the grabs are reasonably priced to get into the old town. There was a Thai restaurant and some local bars that we walked to. Overall we would recommend this accommodation and we would certainly come back if we were in the area again.

The house was very good and the host was always helpful and available to clarify issues that arose, being flexible at check-out times. If I return to Chiang Mai, I would undoubtedly repeat the accommodation

The house itself is small, and there is no garden. The owner is very helpful, responds immediately. A very polite person. It was a pleasure to communicate with him.

The house is lovely, comfortable, has everything you need. Sriploy and her sons have thought about everything, and they're ever responsive to any requests. They've invested in their guests feeling like home, and that's exactly how it feels to be there. We spent an entire month at the location, it's private, away from the city and crowds, so if you're looking to disconnect from the world, this is the perfect location. Highly recommend renting a scooter or a car to explore the mountains, hot springs and beautiful farm lands spread across the area. There are plenty of local restaurants around if that's your thing, if you prefer to cook hey have a shared kitchen with everything one might need. Banana trees, mangoes, longan fruits aplenty, the little pond with fish flopping in and out, a myraid of birds flying across the fields, we loved everything about Siri's place. There's still burning outside their property that can be a bother but not the host's fault. Otherwise perfect location.

Biw, did all he could to make our stay comfortable. We stayed here two weeks. He connected us with a friend to get a car rental. Got us The house had basic supplies ready in great quantity (tissues, papertowels, toilet paper, coffee,water etc.) Our Family (3kids) were pretty bummed to find out the community pool was closed during our stay(April '25). Double check its back online. Biw did get our family a small pool for the driveway we used for our time there..... Thanks! The neighborhood is very friendly. Our kids played outside alot and we borrowed a scale and babysat dogs from a few of the residents. Our kids wanted to take several of the neighbors adorable dogs home with us. :) Thanks Biw.
