Townhome vacation rentals in Northern Territory

Mark and Amanda were super-clear communicators both before and during our stay. They welcomed us warmly and were extra helpful and generous when we asked for an extra mattress and linen to accommodate my other daughter for a couple of nights. The layout and furnishings of the rooms were comfortable and aesthetically pleasing, and the use of laundry facilities and an outdoor pool was a huge bonus, along with aircon and ceiling fans the living area and bedroom. It was great to stay on the edge of town and in rural/bush surrounds but only ten minutes drive from the airport and another ten minutes to the centre of town. All in all, an ideal place to stay in a beautiful and fascinating part of the world, despite the enormous social challenges faced by the local community.

CJ was a great host. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay with her. The room was spacious, with two study tables suitable for office work. The attached big balcony, with sitting arrangements and drying area provided additional comfort. CJ was sweet to provide us basic food items for first evening like bread, jam, milk and oats and also kept chocolate powder for my daughter. She allowed us to use the kitchen freely with access to herbs and condiments, to cook meals. My daughter and I felt at home with CJ. The house is in peaceful surroundings, not too far from North lakes Shopping Centre and walking distance to church. I would love to stay with CJ during my next visit to Darwin.

I had a great stay at this property, located just 6–7km out of town — far enough to be peaceful and quiet, but still close enough to get to everything easily. The surroundings were beautiful, with 3.5 acres of well-kept gardens that were lovely to stroll through and really added to the relaxing vibe of the place. The accommodation itself was very comfortable, and the check-in process was seamless. I arrived after dark, but thanks to the clear and detailed instructions, I had no trouble finding it. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and the whole experience was easy and enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommend if you're looking for a peaceful spot with a bit of nature around you.

Great place to stay when spending a bit of time in Darwin. quick drive to the city with and plenty to do close by. would definitely stay again!

Alice was a lovely host and very thoughtful. Her place was super clean and tidy, and perfect for working remote and enjoying beach side walks and holiday. Champagne waiting at arrival, was very special touch.

Lovely place for a quick family holiday. Noel was a great host. The house was provided with board games, books and a Xbox. Close proximity to shopping centres and peaceful neighbour. Would definitely stay again

A beautiful house and the host was really generous with amenities such as laundry detergent, kitchen spray, hand wash etc which is always greatly appreciated, especially when staying for a week. The host communication was fantastic, (although some of the automated emails could be construed as a bit rude and pushy), however the only small disappointment was the pool which appears to be a little larger from the photos but in reality is quite small.

Lina’s place was fabulous, very clean,neat and tidy, very well appointed as it met all our needs. Loved the pool, well located. Would certainly recommend the place to friends and family .

A beautiful home with stunning outlook over the marina. Walking distance to small local shops for essentials and outdoor dining spot for fresh fish and drinks overlooking the water. Perfect if going on a fishing charter as the boats often leave from the same area.

Great little place, nice location, friendly and welcoming host. This is a shared accommodation space, but it felt private. The room was modern, spacious, with nice open garden views and a luxurious double shower bathroom. Fabulous for the price. Thank you

Lyon Nest is an amazing place to stay if you get the chance, a big airy house with plenty of room. It provides a very homely and welcoming feeling from the second you walk in the door. A very quiet neighborhood with very little passing traffic. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy Darwin life

David was a fantastic host, he was incredibly attentive, helpful and nothing was ever to much. Everything about our stay was top class! The room was very spacious and very comfortable, all the amenities where very clean and an amazing addition to Dave's Airbnb! The pool was a great way to unwind after a long day and the toilet upstairs had a huge bath and was amazing for having a nice hot soak afterwards! I really can't say enough good things about our stay in Fannie Bay! Thank you David

I stayed at Danielle’s place for two nights. My room was comfortable, clean and quiet, with a toilet and bathroom just across hallway. I used the kitchen to make a cup of tea and get cool water. Danielle was super accommodating.She picked me up from airport and dropped me in town on my first afternoon, and rescued me when I got lost in a downpour of rain. There is a bus stop just a few metres from the house that will take you into town. I can thoroughly recommend Danielle’s place. Jane
