Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Northern Rivers

Can't recommend highly enough! The space is as exactly as pictured and the perfect location for our girls weekend. The kitchen was well equipped along with little touches like garlic and olive oil. Bedrooms were comfortable and cosy. Currently looking for an excuse to return!

We love staying at the Boathouse! Janene and Cameron are the most amazing hosts! As soon as we enter we feel relaxed! Ocean swims all day, beautiful beach, the most amazing sunsets! And the bed, aaah! Best sleep! The kitchen is well equipped for home cooked meals! While you feel like you have stepped completely out of the rat race, major stores are only a short drive away at Ocean Shores! 20 min drive approx to Bangalow and nearby Byron Bay. Brunswick Heads is only a 5 minute drive for some great restaurants, cafes, fishing! We’ve lost count of how many stays we’ve had at this special haven!

I always stay at Whale Watchers. Angela is super easy to communicate with and makes your stay hassle free. The house is really beautiful, light airy and the view is next level. I stay in many homes and hotels travelling for work. Whale Watchers I always look forward to and enjoy so much it’s hard to leave.

I can only recommend Stuart’s place. The place has everything you need and is located in a charming farm surrounding by nature and stunning landscapes. Stuart communication and hospitality are above and beyond expectations. Thank you Stuart for the great stay.

Bruno was a great host, my partner and I felt right at home with easy check in and a great location. Would highly recommend as it’s a beautiful, peaceful oasis, we will be re booking in the near future.

We arrived after sunset and found the place easily, not far off the highway but far enough to be quite. Access was via a code and a key lock. We found it very clean and had all the facilities that we needed. We all had a great nights sleep. The shower was great. We loved the place. We highly recommend it.

Absolutely beautiful and great facilities and gorgeous Cottage that was thoughtfully set up to maximize enjoyment and comfort. The host really thought of everything. The beautiful rainforest setting was maximized with the decor and perfectly positioned hot tub. Absolute serenity.

This was such a great spot for an unwind and reset. We were celebrating a very important milestone of 5 years cancer free. We didn't have much time so could only stay a couple nights but we emersed our self in the serenity of the place and disconnected. The birds were such a treat. Even though it rained most of the time it didn't put a damper on the weekend. My only recommendations would be an outdoor heater and a coat hook :) Thnaks again

we really enjoyed our stay at Christine's place. it was as advertised and we appreciated the thoughtful touches with the fresh milk and water in the fridge. Great place to spend a few days, although we were just there for the night. Highly recommend Christine's place!

Tony’s place is a real gem! Located right on the waters edge with an osprey nest overlooking the verandah. Doesn’t get much better. Tony was extremely friendly and forthcoming. We’ll definitely be back!

A wonderful stay in the quaint town of Bangalow. A lovely town with plenty of eating options and everything on your doorstep. You feel a world away where you can really switch off and relax. Tranquil garden setting and great Air BNB with a brilliant host. We based ourselves in Bangalow and explored throughout Byron, Ballina, and surrounding towns and Hinterland. Can't wait to come back.

I enjoyed a 3 night stay with my dog at Karlee’s studio, which matched our expectations and met our needs. It was clean and comfortable, with enough space, and well equipped - such as what you’d need in the kitchen, though I ate out. The outdoor courtyard was a pleasant place to unwind. There was plenty of room to park, even when there was someone next door, and overall it’s a quiet residential location, though with easy access to the main road and Byron Bay. The small local shopping centre boasts an excellent bakery, with coffee to match and fresh croissants that can’t be beaten, as well as the local pub. There are pleasant lakeside walks and a long beach nearby. The price was very competitive. I look forward to staying there again.

This was a fantastic place to stay while working nearby for a week. it was clean, quiet, and plenty of table space for working. Bonus: it is only a short walk to a beautiful beach.

Ellen, thank you for such a wonderful, relaxed stay. Your attention to detail was first class. The added touch of fresh bread, cookies, breakfast pre-prepared, milk in the fridge....the list goes on. We noted the beautiful Sheridan bedding and gorgeous white Sheridan towels which are our favourite brand. This beautiful cottage is lovely and cosy and the surrounding gardens are picturesque. It was quite cool during our stay, but the heating from the air conditioning and electric blanket was the perfect remedy. We also had a lovely time in Bangalow, which has an abundance of charm and many specialty shops, with great places to eat which are all within walking distance of the cottage. We spent a weekend recently at Antonietta’s studio enjoying the beautiful green surrounds of this property. To label this place 5-star is something of an understatement. Antoinette has gone above and beyond to create a modern, trendy space complete with many little extras which makes this place an absolute standout. Meticulously clean, it also boasted comfortable bedding, soft towels, a well equipped kitchen and a pantry complete with locally sourced breakfast supplies. It was easy to relax here with a good tv and sound system available along with a variety of up to date magazines, puzzles and books. Had the weather been kinder, we would have taken the opportunity to laze by the infinity pool which overlooks the stunning view, full of lush plants and even a wallaby which was there during our stay. For a peaceful break with all the conveniences of home this studio was perfect and private. Checking in and out was simple and Antonietta was a delightful and friendly host. Excellent place!

She is the best host in the world. We really enjoyed this place. Not only clean and beautiful but also nice and kind host ever. We've stayed 2 night, Staying at home was the best part of our trip :) Thank you for Jay and happy to stay your area. Wonderful!

We really loved the location of Sammi's place, super close to shops, beach front and restaurants/cafes. Plenty to do, but also a great spot to relax and watch the waves roll in. Everything was accounted for and we felt right at home as soon as we stepped through the doors. Definitely recommend this gem and will return!

Di and Nick’s place was perfect. Beautiful views and spotlessly clean. So easy to get to and from the airport by bus. Easy walk to restaurants and cafes. Easy walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay—the view was stunning, the place was comfortable, and the location was perfect. The hosts were responsive and helpful, especially during check-in. One issue we encountered was that the TV browser had visible pornographic search history, which was inappropriate and made us uncomfortable. It would be great if the TV could be reset between guests. Overall, a great stay—9/10!

Spacious villa with beautiful views. Loved seeing the water birds, boats and the stars over the water at night. Very responsive hosts, good communication.

Jac’s place provided a very comfortable stay in Pottsville. The amenity was great with excellent kitchen facilities and utensils. Very nice bathroom reflects a thoughtful design when undertaking a renovation . Lounge/ sitting are was comfortable. Outside courtyard was a pleasant addition for a unit.

Great location wonderful home great value for money

This place was very close to everything including restaurants, beach and Pacific Fair is a short walk.

Kristan’s Airbnb was amazing! We stayed here for a few nights on our honeymoon, this cute flat was perfectly stocked and in pristine condition. It looked recently renovated in a brand new estate. It is extremely private and we had a nice little fire pit out the back of it. Kristan was friendly and responsive which made checking in-and-out super easy. Would recommend anyone looking to stay in the Lennox Head/Byron Bay Area. We will be coming back ASAP!
