Vacation rentals with beach access in Northern Mariana Islands

It was so good that I thought it was an accommodation that I wanted to know alone. Beautiful and comfortable beach 2 minutes away And with the clever dogs that follow the beach together, Daily cleaning and towels provided allowed me to stay happier and more comfortable than at home during my stay. Of course, the owner and staff in the Listcomport House were also very friendly and accommodating. I really want to come back next time!!

The host is very friendly and warm-hearted. And the place is quiet and clean. The host offered the pick-up service for us from the airport, even though my flight arrived at 4am. Really appreciate. Will stay here again next time.

This property was a great place for my family to stay on Saipan. It was a 3 minute walk to the beach (I timed it!) and the beach itself was lovely—quiet, clean, perfect. There was enough space for my family of 5 to stay here. Housekeeping every day was a bonus—you don’t usually get that with Airbnb. My kids loved the landlord’s dogs that lived on the property. The Lees were kind and lovely as were the housekeepers. We would be happy to stay here again.

As soon as you arrive, you pick me up and the sea is awesome in front of the accommodation. It's a family trip for 5 people, and I didn't rent it separately, but the host lent me a car cheaply. They also took me to the local restaurant myself and changed it to an additional late checkout. The return flight was a dawn plane, but he drove me to the airport after sleeping. The accommodation was enough for a family of five, and there were dogs in the yard, which was very simple, and he drove me to the sea in front of the accommodation. Sometimes there were ants and small lizards, but it wasn't bothersome. The kids are going to take the geckos and raise them... lol There's a grocery store 3 minutes away, there's a grocery store, a beach, and it's awesome!! I intend to return this winter.🤩

This was the second time staying at Mrs. Lee's comfort house. Quiet, clean, safe, and central. Also great value. All the necessary amenities plus welcoming gifts. Highly recommend to anyone going to Saipan.

The best Airbnb I've ever stayed at For 4 nights or more, you can also provide airport pick-up/drop-off service. He took care of the flight at dawn without time. The location is about 15 minutes by car from Garapan, but the neighborhood was quiet, so it was rather nice. There is a school and beach right next to it, so it was nice to take a walk. Even if you don't have a car, it's convenient to go to the Galleria shuttle bus next to it. The room itself is clean and tidy! Ramen, sweets, beer, orange, etc. on the refrigerator and table were welcome gifts, and the beach towels and tableware were stocked with new items, so I can see that I paid attention to them. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are all full. I stayed for 6 nights, but I came back very comfortably. I want to stay again next time!!!! Recommended ~ ~ ~!!!

I stayed one night at the accommodation to rest until the flight time on the last day of the package trip, and the nearby market and accessibility were good, and it was best to help you travel from PIC to the accommodation and from the accommodation to the airport by car. Needless to say, the condition of the accommodation is great value for money, and the four guard dogs and one cat are also friendly. I am willing to revisit.

It was a pity that the children left because they had a lot of affection with their dogs. They follow people well and are gentle puppies. I think it was at a reasonable price. The host was very responsive. When there's something going on, or something you want to ask, They responded quickly and were very helpful.

Ann is a great host and this is a homestay to recommend - Transportation: Airport transfer ($15) is available, and if the rest of the locations are available, you can also take us ($5-8) or help us arrange someone else's transfer - Location: Although it is a little far from the city on the island, it is closer to the airport and to the municipality, the courts (which is important if you are here to marry).There is also a very, very nice beach nearby that you can walk to.Overall me and my girlfriend were very satisfied with the location - Facilities: There is a large utility space that contains the living room, kitchen (only microwave without open fire), bathroom, washing machine (need to bring your own washing powder), clothes dryer, and a small balcony where you can dry your clothes.The water in the bathroom is also hot enough and the rest is well used.The last night the air conditioner broke, Ann came very quickly to deal with it, we changed a room

On the day of arrival, he also volunteered to drive us to familiarize ourselves with the attractions on the island, and often prepared all kinds of delicious food to accompany us to drink and chat with us. The hottest thing is the 30th night, where a group of local Chinese friends gathered in his new apartment square, music, seafood, beer, barbecue whiskey, and fireworks and five grains🤩, so that we had an unforgettable New Year's Eve night in a foreign country. The structure of the estate is very local, the courtyard is full of all kinds of fruit trees and flowers, we encounter the season of poplar harvest this time, it is expensive in China, when you come here, you can pick it up here, every morning, you can see the large amount of poplar picked up by Max every morning, it is really full of happiness.😍 The decoration and facilities of the room are also quite thoughtful, the sky blue wall is paired with red wood-colored furniture, simple without losing the quality, the clean bedding makes people feel comfortable and reassuring☺️ This inadvertently booked here, it felt free and cozy, making us feel at home in a foreign country.Especially during this time during the pandemic in the country, I almost wanted to live like this and never get back home.🤗 Thanks again Big Brother Max, when the ban is lifted, we will definitely come back to Saipan again to see you and your Capitol Hill Brothers.🤪

Henry was the nicest host I ever had, very understanding, attentive and responsive at all the time. Greattttttt Jobbbb!! House is in great location and the view, breathtaking. Spacious and very conveniently , set up with a private bathroom and one of the room had an independent entrance. Great place to stay.

Helpful host! Nice communication! Clean hostel place ! Comfortable bed and I had a good sleep for the nights!
