I stayed for 2 nights and it was a great experience! The place is exactly like in the photos – very beautiful, well decorated, with a cozy style and very good taste. The location is also great, close to everything I needed, which made the tours a lot easier. The host was attentive and helpful, always available to help where needed. The location is amazing and the apartment is a delight. We were very happy in this space. The rooms have air conditioning, they work very well. The apartment is well lit, well equipped and was delivered very clean. As negative points, I would like to point out that the main shower could use a basic cleaning because the water is falling in a sprayed and irregular manner due to the lack of maintenance of the holes, and in addition, the house could have toilet paper. Arriving with a suitcase and having to go out to buy things can be uncomfortable. Communication was practical, effective and fast, but distant. For those who don't like to have close contact with the host, this is a great option. It wasn't a problem with my accommodation, but I think it's a relevant point to describe. The place is very well maintained, the space is clean and we will definitely be back. We had a great experience.

Great stay and as advertised. Clean, organized, well-located and quiet apartment. Comfortable bed, shower with hot water, wifi with good speed, great for working and the condominium also has a grocery store. A nice touch was having an air fryer in the kitchen, which helped even more in practicality. I think of coming back more often.

I start the review by saying I want to come back! What a wonderful, calm, cozy city. The apartment with an amazing, very comfortable view, the sofa bed in the living room with the huge TV, had night that we slept right there kkkk. Well-equipped kitchen, all working very well, plenty of pillows. The apartment is 20 minutes away from the most beautiful beach in Maragogi, Antunes beach. We went by car, but since we drank, we opted for taxi and Uber, the second was more on account. The region's supermarkets with great options and prices. Indico very, very, very!

Great place, ample space, very ventilated and with a beautiful view!! The house is very pleasant. One tip is to put lighting on the barbecue. Everything was spotless.

The house is definitely beautiful and well furnished. Wonderful staff (Marluce and Chef Peu) and concierge (Danielle) . The gated community is upscale and the surroundings are beautiful. The gated community provides excellent security and amenities. Supermarket and drugstore within walking distance from the gate and the Village is very easy to go and visit. The beach is not as close and is not great from swimming especially for kids as it sort of unexplored but there are plenty of beaches nearby to explore. All in all a great experience.

The place is exactly like in the pictures. Very comfortable and clean apartment, with all the necessary utensils for your stay. Spacious and comfortable rooms with air conditioning. Great bathroom with a wonderful shower. Excellent kitchen and living room. Very safe place with a concierge, ample parking. Next to the Caruaru shopping mall. Everything was perfect. Viviane is very kind, super concerned that everything was in the best shape to welcome us. The Flat is beautiful!!! We arrived and everything was clean and smelled good. The kitchen is complete, with pots, a frying pan, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and a thermos for coffee. There is a clothesline on the balcony, an iron and an ironing board. It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. I'll be back more often. Thank you!

Marshel is a great host, friendly and helpful, he welcomed us outside check-in hours because we were returning from an expedition to Jalapão. The bed linen was extremely fragrant, the apartment was clean and well-equipped. The location is not very close to the center, but it is easy to take an Uber and the neighborhood is very quiet, with shops nearby. The stay was great and we were very well attended to.
