Vacation rentals with a patio in North Woodstock

We had an awesome stay, it was a college girls reunion. It poured cats and dogs, but it didn’t matter, cause we sat around and drank tea and knit, and it was awesome. The accommodations were better than pictured, and it was just fantastic.

Was within driving distance of many walking/hiking trails. Very accessible with many amenities, and close to restaurants. Condo was spacious with a spectacular view of the river and loon mountain.

Amelia was very attentive, friendly and polite. The please was clean, comfortable, and very cozy. Very convenient location for skiing.

Shirley is a wonderful host! Very thoughtful, and her place is sparkling clean and well-organized! The location is perfect! I highly recommend Shirley’s place if you’re visiting Lincoln ^_^

The place was so clean, quiet and peaceful. Secluded but so much to do in a short area. Can’t say enough good things. Will be coming back.

My first visit to NH & fell in love with the weather. Cute little upstairs home & perfect location which we didn’t have to travel far for Berlin’s HS graduation. Weather was awesome, we used ceiling fans & had doors open while watching a movie in comfortable living room, washer/dryer was convenient. Thanks so much!

Cheryl’s place is in a beautiful location with easy access to nearby towns and attractions. The apartment was brand new, spotless and very comfortable. She always responded immediately when I had any questions or needed something. If you’re traveling to the Upper Valley stay with Cheryl!

Loni’s place is nicely designed and furnished, very comfortable. It is walking distance from great attractions, shops, restaurants, and cafes.

Devin’s place was the perfect weekend getaway for my fiancé’s birthday! The cabin was very cozy & cute. Our favorite was the wood burning stove to heat the place! Gorgeous views of the woods behind. It was exactly what we were looking for! I recommend Devin’s place!

stayed here for my first time at Loon! loved the location, amenities, and just how comfortable the place felt (especially the fireplace)! definitely looking forward to returning.

Fantastic second stay! Perfect for a climbing trip

Stayed there for two nights, the house was very easy to find nice amount of parking for multiple vehicles. When we got inside the house there was a nice basket of waters cookies and a bottle of wine. Very nice touch. The beds were all comfortable. The hot tub was nice. Overall a great host very easy to communicate with and always answered my messages. Great spot if you have a wedding to go to at the owls nest super close but far enough away to feel like you can relax. Would definitely stay again

Book this place immediately if you’re looking for a relaxing family stay, situated minutes from gorgeous beaches with swimming lakes and want to spend evenings bbqing and looking at the incredible view. We had a great stay at Fairbanks retreat! Great location and spacious for our family of 4 to stay comfortably. Clean and tidy. We enjoyed the porch morning and night, and loved the occasional driveway greeting by Molly the cat whom my 2 year old absolutely adored. Would not hesitate to book again. Thanks for having us!

This was an amazing place to stay while enjoying the fall weather in Vermont. The location was very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by trees and across the road from the Connecticut River. Waterford itself doesn’t have much going on (which I liked!) but St. Johnsbury and Littleton are within 15-20min and have everything you need. The house was beautifully updated with all amenities needed for a comfortable autumn week, including a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry machines, fireplace, and a lovely screened porch + front deck to enjoy the weather. The bedrooms were comfortable and bright, I’d recommend bringing an eye mask since the windows didn’t have curtains. I loved the member-only area - it was worth the extra cost for the river access with private beach and boats/SUPs. I only went on my final day, but I wish I had spent every evening down on the dock by the river to watch the sunset! Overall I loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone looking for some peace and quiet

Great long weekend stay! Location perfect for trail/gravel biking, hiking, waterfall searching, and fly fishing! Perfect for 2…..great views to Doublehead and black mts. Accommodations were perfect. Kitchen stocked with essentials, large bathroom w separate jet tub…..and adequate hot water capacity to run it. Recommend highly.

Joia's place is incredible! We are a family of five and had more than enough room. Everything we needed was in the home, even things like fans, extra blankets, and night lights for the kids. She has thought of everything and the place is clean, well organized, and located on a quiet mountain side. We were there to ski, but the condo is close to lots of great things to do and has plenty of good restaurants very close by. We would definitely stay here again!

This is our second time staying at Becky’s place and we will definitely be back. Everything was just as described. Check-in instructions were very clear and included pictures.

Great place. The deck overlooking the lake was great! The large deck over the water was a great place to hang out, and everyone we meet were friendly. Only 3 steps off the deck/dock to get into the refreshing water. The game room pool table and pool accessories were all in great shape ( Remember to bring quarters, $1.00 per a game). The internet works great we had 4 people working on laptops in the morning and no issues were observed. Will stay at again!

This was the perfect spot to stay if you're looking to explore the Whites! Cozy, clean, and walkable to town.

It was our first time renting an Airbnb. I have no complaints. On the contrary, everything was perfect. We loved the apartment, the view of the mountains, and the owner treated me super friendly. My family and I had a great time.

There was so much to do! The condo was so clean, and had everything we need. Lorraine left us a little welcome package, which was so incredibly thoughtful. The location was perfect. Staying with kids- it was perfect for storyland, the aquarium and santas village. I am already checking dates for next years trip! Thank you Lorraine and Kevin for a fantastic time!
