Sun Drenched Ground Floor Studio with Patio

Sit and watch the world go by from this spacious apartment. The serene suite features a soothing colour scheme, an open-plan living area, mid-century design touches, and an outdoor dining space. (Please note we take sanitizing extremely seriously and due to potential COVID-19. We use hospital grade disinfectant on all surfaces before any guests arrive we have our own professional cleaners to ensure a safe environment ) It's a sunny spacious studio (42m2 -450 fq ft) with a courtyard with views out across to the park. The unit has a washing machine as well as a full kitchen. Also has AC and heating. There is a Huge Smart TV, a BOSE sound dock and Nespresso Machine. It's light bright and in a fantastic location the whole space is rented solely to the tenant, Our office is down the street and I live about 5 minutes drive away if there are any problems. You will receive A light tidy and linen change if you stay over 7 days. we are available via phone and can assist as we have a contact who lives in another unit within the building and can assist with onsite questions. North Sydney is a wonderful part of the city. The apartment sits across from a large park and boasts access to restaurants, cafes, public transport, and a farmers market every second Sunday, all just moments from the apartment. The train station (north sydney) is 10 minutes walk but do note it is uphill, we suggest if you are not driving then the bus stop is only 2 minutes walk down the road. As hosts with a young family, we occupy part of the property and share a common wall with the guesthouse. However, the AirBnB is private, has a separate entrance and shares no common areas. This self-contained guesthouse is part of a gracious federation family home on a corner block with its own private entrance. It has one bedroom with a built in wardrobe and desk. The Living area is a combined living/dining and kitchenette leading to a large outside verandah/deck. The space is flexible and perfect for business travellers, young families and couples looking to enjoy the best parts of Sydney. We have an air mattress and crib, which we’ll include or remove based on your sleeping requirements. You’ll feel just like you’re at home away from home! Guests have a separate private access with no shared areas and direct access to Green Park from the outside veranda accessible via a side entrance. This property supports keyless access powered by August Home. Should you wish, there is no need to interact with the residents of the house, the apartment is your space and is totally private. Across the road from the house is Greens Park, which boasts a playground, public tennis courts, and basketball hoops. Cammeray golf course is practically on the doorstep as well, and there's a huge array of cafes, restaurants, and bakeries nearby. Cammeray is an excellent location with immediate access in all directions by car. There is plenty of all day parking on the street just outside our place. Public transport is a breeze into the City, North Sydney and Mosman. It's even an easy walk to & from North Sydney, Neutral Bay & Crows Nest for work or play. The kitchenette comes equipped with a bar fridge, microwave / oven, 2x induction hot plates, toaster, jug and necessities.

Minutes from city, but in a total bushland peaceful setting, as well as 5 minutes walk to cafes, bars and restaurants of Cammeray Village. Our Quarrymans Cottage is tucked away in the bush, down a driveway behind other properties (then 10 steps) to the cottage - which is level. The cottage is part of our home. It is 100% renovated, but some work continues on our home. it wont impact you, but so you know. (although the driveway you'll see our materials storage.You walk straight passed that.)

Light and airy pool house that has been converted into comfortable self-contained accommodation. Naremburn is 6 km from the Sydney CBD and accessible by train and express bus. City buses and/or buses to the beach are 100m away and bustling Crows Nest with over 100 restaurants is a short walk or bus ride from your door. There is free street parking on the other side of the street from our house if you are driving, however, it does get busy in the morning with commuters.

The house to which the apartment is attached is on a quiet heritage street. Access to the apartment is via the rear garden of the house. 5 mins walk to North Sydney station and 4 mins to vibrant restaurants, bars, cafes. So sorry, not suitable for babies or children. A safe and luxurious place to stay.
