Beachfront vacation rentals in North Sumatra

Foi muito bom os 7 dias que passei com a Família Kwalitas. Buscava uma experiência local, e foi exatamente oque recebi, acomodação limpa, e aconchegante, 100 metros da melhor onda de Nias, a comida da Mama foi a melhor que comi durante toda temporada na Indonésia, e o pai sempre prestativo, no primeiro dia me levou pra conhecer o pico de surf, e o melhor lugar por onde acessar, foi comprar água pra mim, e até me emprestou sua moto 2 vezes que precisei. Já estou com saudades dessa família que me recebeu como se eu fosse um filho! Sempre com sorriso no rosto, e dispostos a ajudar. Ano que vem, estarei de volta! 🫶🏽

Het verblijf is simpel maar schoon. Alleen koud water, we hadden eerst een kamer met een slechte douche, toen we om een andere kamer vroegen kregen we hem meteen. Goed restaurant, het ontbijt is wat karig en de koffie niet te drinken..🤫, maar het vriendelijke behulpzame personeel maakte alles goed. Hier hebben we ook onze 3 daagse in de jungle geboekt. we werden begeleid door Leo en Ecco, die waren ècht fantastisch, hadden humor, verzorgde ons geweldig en hadden engelen geduld als het ven niet zo snel ging. in het kamp kregen we het meest fantastische eten bereid door de kok. Helaas ben ik zijn naam vergeten, maar we hebben daar het lekkerste gegeten van onze hele reis!! Op de laatste dag viel ik helaas erg hard, Leo plukte een paar bladeren en maakte er een compress van, waardoor de zwelling s'avonds al weg was! Ook kwam hij s'avonds nog naar het hotel met een wondersmeerseltje welke ik op mijn blauwe plekken en dikke knie moest smeren. Geen idee wat het was, maar het hielp!❤️ Doen!

We had an amazing 12 night stay at Aloha Surf House. Perfect accommodation overlooking the point surf break. From the moment we arrived at the airport in Nias we were looked after so well. With airport pick up, great meals, surf guiding and a comfortable place to stay we were treated so well by the whole family and they made our trip in Nias unforgettable. We can’t wait to be back. Special shout out for the yummy fruit pancakes, homemade rendang and Rendy the best surf guide on the island. Thank you!!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit bei Thomas und Ratna. Es war alles wie beschrieben und alle sind unglaublich bemüht, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man hat die Möglichkeit das echte Leben der Einheimischen kennenzulernen. Die gelebte Permakultur sowie das Umweltbewusstsein hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Nehmt Euch den Roller oder das Boot, alles kein Problem! Der Hausaffe George war natürlich das Highlight für die Kinder! Danke für die schöne Zeit!

A great place to stay, wonderful hosts, incredible food and a perfect location. Just make sure the property's Airbnb account has been amended to show the price as per person (including all food) rather than a room rate or you'll be surprised when you arrive....

My only regret about staying here was not staying longer. Taha makes you feel like part of the family, he makes everything easy and ready to help out whenever he can. The surf is excellent and the best break in the Telos group is a 5 minute walk away, otherwise easy for Taha to arrange boats. The food is excellent and in good quantities, the accommodation is basic but very comfortable (a hot shower in the tropics is not necessary). I can't wait to come back

Been here about 9 days. All I can say is that it is a very nice place, it was the first time in a few years that I was back in the village and I can say that I enjoyed it very much. Beautiful nature, delicious natural food. Very helpful people, helped with all my requests. Highly recommended and hope to be here again someday.

Fantastic location overlooking the river and surrounded by lots of greenery. The host is so friendly, helpful and responsive. He looked after me before, during and after the stay.

I think HIMA bungalows are the best place to stay in Saroke. There are so many reasons why its the best. Come and see for yourself

Best place to stay in Nias. Hands down. Hardworking Family run business with everyone working to make their dream a reality. Watched it being built in front of my eyes. Took care of me when I was unwell like I was family. All other guests were awesome. One thing though, you have to bear with construction noise starting early in the morning. Not every paying guest appreciated that. I don’t think they understood that.

Our stay at HIMA bungalows in Sorake Bay was exceptional. Everything was clean and brand new. The staff, who are family members, made us feel right at home. The menu offers a variety of delicious food, and breakfast was particularly noteworthy. Watching the waves from the balcony with a beer in hand, overlooking the beautiful swimming pool, was a highlight. I highly recommend this place for couples seeking a quality stay. The bed was also of high quality, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Thank you very much 🫶🙏

Our stay at Oseda’s was flawless. To begin with his customer service. David, his wife and the whole crew are very attentive and ready to help however. The room is also amazing - ours was in front of the ocean, minutes away from the best surfing spot. Thank you for the hospitality!

I've had such a. nice stay at David's. Everyone has been so kind, the food they make is delicious, and they have the sweetest pup, Molly. There's a great view of of the wave from the second floor, and easy access to wall out to the keyhole. will definitely stay here again next time I visit Nias.

We had the most amazing stay. The family are so kind and helped us book a boat to telo island and anything else we needed. The bungalows are even nicer than the pictures and the linen is so fresh and clean, you’ll be sure to have an extremely comfortable nights sleep. The location is amazing, you can watch the surf from the sun loungers and enjoy dinner while watching the sunset. We ended up staying here twice during our time in nias as we loved it so much. Highly recommend, quality and luxurious stay.

Il bungalow di Diana è stata la scelta perfetta per passare la nostra settimana nell’arcipelago della Banyak. Io e la mia fidanzata abbiamo condiviso il bungalow con una coppia di svizzeri conosciuti a Tuk-Tuk, ogni coppia aveva la sua stanza da letto con un soggiorno e una veranda super spaziosa che si affaccia direttamente sull’Oceano. Consiglio a tutti, per chi vuole passare delle giornate indimenticabili nell’isola di Sikandang.

Très bon accueil par Rius, le manager local, le cadre est incroyable... une île quasi déserte dans un archipel magnifique, de nombreuses possibilités de snorkeling avec des fonds préservés. Les bungalow sont simples mais parfait dans le cadre, et l’équipe sur place est aux petits soins. Quelques jours inoubliables ...

It was just the absolute perfect place to stay in Nias. Stunning views, well thought out apartment, a luxury here for sure. I cannot wait to come back and stay here again! Stephen was extremely kind, helpful and communicative as well! It was a dream apartment with direct views of the point and I loved every second being here.
