Absolutely the BEST location in Barrow. The ONLY waterfront home on the beach. Unobstructed ocean views. Connex storage container for storing any expedition gear. Large Arctic entry and extra cold storage room with massive amounts of space. House is climate controlled by a continuous air exchange HRV with a thermosiphon heater system. Whole home water filtration Let's be honest you didn't come all the way up here for amenities. You are here to experience the Arctic and this one is on the beach.
