This condo is within walking distance from Mariner's pool and restaurant but is quieter than the buildings close to the pool. Relax on the balcony each morning with your coffee or evening with a drink, while watching the activities on the lake. Enjoy the convenience of a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, including coffee, spices, olive oil, shampoo, conditioner and body wash!

Relax in the efficiency space offering kitchen, queen bed and walk-in shower. The couch pulls out to a queen bed. A few steps from your door is a saltwater pool with views of the lake. Bath/Kitchen towels provided, but NOT SHEETS. Smart TV for streaming and Xfinity high speed internet. NO Boat/Trailer parking at the condo. Parkway Marina charges $10 for the first day and $6 for additional days to put in, take out and park boat/trailer. We are located 2 minutes (.7 miles) from Parkway Marina.
