Eric was warm, gracious and welcoming. Went the extra effort to assure our comfort and satisfaction. Property is very well appointed and convenient to all amenities. Highly recommended to discerning guests!

My wife and I were in town for a couple Diamondbacks game. The place was conveniently located about a 15 minute walk from the stadium. Elizabeth was quick to respond to any questions we had and the place came as advertised. I would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Phoenix.

Thomasina’s place was so lovely and made us feel like we were in the mountains while still being in the city. The mid century furniture and decor were amazing, as well as the incredible bathtub and bedroom, with beautiful views of the city. Thomasina was always responsive and gave great recommendations of things to do around the city, and made our stay feel seamless. Would absolutely visit again!

I was in the casita for about 9 months and I feel like home. Heather was a great host during my stay. The closest gym is located about one mile away which it was amazing. There is a lot of restaurants nearby. In addition, you have access to the principal road while leaving in a private area. Finally, the neighbors were very nice with me.

Acacia's Airbnb is absolutely beautiful in a gorgeous quiet neighborhood! It has a beautiful tub, shower, work station, kitchen and nice very comfortable living room to relax in the evenings. It was very clean and had all you needed! I highly recommend her place to everyone!!

Shad and Christy, Were responsive, helpful, and the placed was clean and matched the description. It was a nice place nearby a friends house that I was visiting that weekend. Would like to rent it again next visiting my friend and his family in Phoenix.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and well appointed with every amenity we needed. House was very well maintained. It felt like we were in a resort all to ourselves. We used everything - the fire pit, pool, grill, hot tub, and outdoor tv. All appliances are top notch and new. We appreciated that all three tvs had our streaming apps pre-loaded. Hosts were extremely friendly and met us the first day to explain the property so we would be ready to enjoy. They welcomed us and then respected our privacy. The couple questions we had were answered promptly. Property is close to good restaurants and bars. We found the neighborhood to be very quiet and peaceful. Great spot to head out to all that the Phoenix area has to offer. We travel to Scottsdale often and always get an Airbnb; we were extremely glad that we found this property for this trip. This was the best Airbnb we ever rented and we would love to return in the future. We highly recommend.

Listing as described and very easy to locate and get into. We really enjoyed having access to Netflix. Everything was nice and quiet as well. I would stay again!

Ruth was very helpful, and responsive anytime I had a question, even though they were out of town for the weekend. We stayed here with our two children. They loved using the swimming pool, and courtyard. We really enjoyed playing games provided as well. Great family time!! The house was near grocery stores, and restaurants. A great location if you want a city vacation. Our family enjoys hiking, so it was a bit more challenging for us to find good hiking close by. This house was also close to the airport, which we appreciated, since it was the end of our extended family vacation.

They were a blessing to us they let you have your privacy and ask if theres anything ya need beforehand. A big plus was that i had proposed to my girlfriend and she said yes i told them about it and they surprised us with a bottle of champagne on ice for us that just made the trip so much better they were very friendly and i would love to be here again for sure. Thank you guys again we loved your home!!

Our family had a wonderful stay w/Angela & Jason. They were communicative, friendly, & let us know we had the option of an early check-in. Their place was easy to find, check into, & even had yummy welcome snacks & a bottle of wine waiting. They also have an orange tree w/tasty oranges. Our 4-year-old excitedly gathered the couple that fell off the tree every night we came back. Their place probably had the best amenities of anywhere we've ever stayed!!! Anything a guest may have forgotten (razors, feminine products, etc.) were provided. There is plenty of storage space to keep your belongings, something that's not always thought of @ other places. There is also a cute park directly behind the house that was a short walk. We were able to meet up with family who live nearby & the kiddos had a great time playing. If we're ever in the area again, we'd definitely stay again!

Adeelah was very informative about the area that it was located and how to get there, they were super responsive even at late times of the day. The airbnb was clean and much bigger than we were expecting which was a plus. Everything was clean and the rooms were very low temperature. It helped a bunch during the hotter days in AZ. The bathroom was very clean and the tub was really spacious. When we had questions about something, Adeelah made sure to respond ASAP which was wonderful. We would reserve this AirBNB again if we chose to come back and visit the state once more.

Perfect size Airbnb for a quick couples getaway. Plenty of quality amenities. The pool was FABULOUS, I could've stayed out there all day. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood, lots of cafes, restaurants, and vintage shopping within walking distance if you're willing to brave the heat. We had a fantastic stay at Mike & Betty's Tranquil Desert guest house. The house and grounds were immaculate! They are both very accommodating and so friendly. It was a great stay and even though I didn’t directly speak to the host, she was very friendly and gave great recommendations. I was close to Tempe, Scottsdale, and downtown Phoenix. There’s great food around the area ranging from breakfast to dinner options. The place was clean and had basic necessities for the stay.

We absolutely loved our time at the Desert Jewel!! The Airbnb was so well decorated really making it feel like a special place. Jullianne and Mark are so helpful and ready to help with everything. We were between places for a day and they very kindly accommodated our request to check in early. We also really enjoyed using their beautiful pool as well as the pool floaties and chairs that showed up during our stay! We would definitely stay here again!!

The Casita was perfect our two-week stay in Tempe. It was close to our son there, yet within 15 minutes of Phoenix and Scottsdale. We did not want to cook in the Casita but rather at our son's. I don't remember if we were told that there is no rangetop or oven. There is a microwave, coffee maker, and grill outside. It is a perfect spot for two people who want a place to crash after long days. The best part of the casita is the bathroom shower. It is so strong and has all the hot water you could ever want! We met Samantha while staying there. Perfectly charming and a wonderful hostess. Barbara Walsh

We definitely lived this area and it was quite and peaceful. Although, we only slept here. I imagine it would be a nice area to take a walk and admire all the beautiful homes, trees and some immaculate yards for viewing. Just a great place to come and relax. We were visiting my elderly parents so most of the time was spent with them. We would definitely be back to stay in the future. Thank for allowing us to be apart of this nice farmhouse suite stay. My favorite style of home by the way.
