Coastal paradise for kids, dogs and grownups

One of the original hilltop cottages in Nambucca Heads with views of the coastline and river. There’s a great cafe, a fab spot to jump in the water or launch a paddle board, BBQs, foreshore walks and tennis courts at the bottom of the street. Swim at Shelley - a top 10 Australian beach. Surf at Main Beach (has life guards). Walk your dog from Swimming Creek Beach to Valla. We have a big TV (with Netflix), table tennis, books, and a hammock. We have lots of adventure tips to share with guests.

The perfect place to relax and unwind there is a large wrap around verandah and undercover area with bbq facilities that allows comfortable outdoor living in all types of weather. There is a fully equipped kitchen stocked with essentials. A timber combustion heater will keep you warm in winter and air conditioning in two bedrooms and the living area will keep you cool in summer. The three bedrooms each have a queen size bed. All linen/towels are provided including beach towels.

Both our red & green carriages are modeled from the balcony ended tram car Built by Great Eastern Railways, England in 1884. The tram car was built for the Wisebec to Upwell line. Diane & I have built this unique accommodation from the ground up overlooking the NSW North Coast Railway line. The two carriages are located 90 metres from our house & sited to provide you with your own privacy.
