Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in North Jakarta City

I had an amazing time at Lily’s!! The house is in a residential area, very calm. Breakfast was lovely every day. I really appreciate the flexibility for check in and check out, as my plane arrived late at night and was leaving early morning! Greatly recommend!

We absolutely loved this property! Mas Bagus was super responsive, answering all my questions before booking and even asking how we’d like the extra bed set up—great service! The property exceeded expectations: spacious parking (even fits a HiAce!), a huge living room, and a spotless kitchen fully stocked with a stove, fridge, blender, rice cooker, microwave, and enough utensils for everyone. The dining table fits 16 people, and there are two water dispensers for added convenience. The bedrooms were super comfy with King Koil beds, and each of the 7 bedrooms has its own clean bathroom, plus coffee, tea, towel hangers, cabinets, and TVs. We also loved the rooftop—perfect for hanging out and great for kids to play! They provided a washing machine, detergent, and an iron, which was so helpful as we prepared for a wedding. Overall, everything was perfect! Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. 😊

Very nice place and the home very clean & quit

I had a really nice stay, the place was super clean and cozy. The host has fixed the water issues and the water is clear as sky :) The place has a very calm neighborhood. Will definitely come back and recommend this to my friends

Novianti is a great person to work with. Very knowledgeable and helpful to assist me to find restaurants, museums, malls , learn about train bus routes and services. The best part is it is truly a smoke free environment, have strict regulations and guidelines enforced in her property to make sure you can breathe freely the pure clean air. That is one of best practices that she enforces in her home. I love it and it was helpful to me while I was staying in her home. I’m a non smoker and I can’t stand a moment with Smokey environment.

Alhamdulillah, stay di sini tuh bener-bener kayak lagi numpang di rumah saudara sendiri. Bersih, rapi, adem. Host-nya baik banget dan nggak ribet. Pokoknya recommended lah buat yang pengen istirahat tenang dan nyaman.

So far, it's nice& comfortable staying @the gold coast apartment organized by Mrs.Tan. The unit is clean, amenities're complete, strategic location, and the owner's responsive&helpfull. But, At first we got difficulties to open the door.. Later, we'll put this unit as the first choice to stay..

The location at Gold Coast was safe with a great view. However, we were concerned about traveling in Jakarta after 6 pm, as all Grab drivers kept saying it wasn’t safe. But yeah Gold Coast is safe at night aswell

The building staff was helpful in helping me get to the mailbox where keys were and helping us navigate which elevator to take. We stayed one month and the cleaning was done twice due to holiday. William is a great host and communicated well. Security, staff, location and quality is worth the price.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to stay because of the renovation but I stayed nearby for a month and this is a great location. one of the best places to stay in Jakarta. Definitely. Look here first when i'm coming back and great communication

I am so lucky to find this place! And im lucky that i was the first person who booked this place. At first i had a lot of questions beacuse it was new in Airbnb, and so happy that the host is so friendly! And fast response! I had no regret book this place! I LOVED ITTT!!! It had a big livingroom, bedrooms. Felt like home🥰 And it is easy to go anywhere too. It is totally worth it!🫶🏻

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment, the home is so clean and amenities are so new. The view from the balcony is amazing , where you can see the garden directly. The AC is well maintained and can cool the house in a second. The location is the best , near to the malls where you can find everything you need. Overall I really recommend this place.

Rapi dan bersih, 3. ada wifi dan saluran tv kabel 4. ada balkon dengan pemandangan bagus, 5. ada mesin cuci, kompor dan ac yang dingin. kekurangan: 1. ada meja makan jd terlihat sempit tp masih bs bergerak leluasa 2. kulkas bunyi agak keras namun berfungsi dengan baik 3. tidak adanya air galon

I had a fantastic experience at Cheung's place! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The location was perfect, with easy access to Taman Anggrek Mall. The check-in process was seamless, and Cheung was extremely responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like access to all facilities like tennis, basketball courts, etc., which made the stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Can’t wait to come back!

The places is better than the photos , host is also responsive. Cozy and homey. Will be in this places if i went to jakarta again
