Welcome to Richard and Sunny's Hsinchu apartment, an old and cozy department. 15 mins walk to train station, quite place, nice neighborhood, suitable for family, closed to Big City, central park, city council, Dongmen market, Beida church. Our department is new decoration, spent 1.5 millions NTD for furniture, decoration and brand new home appliances. Richard and Sunny speak English and willing to support everything that we are able to support. Wish you a very pleasant journey in Hsinchu.

Hsinchu International Student Center, Taiwan. 歡迎外國學生可以來這邊讀書居住旅遊居住可以打工換宿火車站轉運站就在旁邊穿過地下道就到新竹的中心要從這邊搭車到想去的地方坐高鐵都非常的方便火車站走過來 3分鐘走過去玻工館一分鐘動物園體育館 3到5分鐘要去清大比賽也可以從這裡坐公車或者是樓下坐計程車這邊適合團體研習教育訓練短期臨時的開會住宿場地可提供短時間借用 3小時1000元可開會研習使用特別說明禁飲酒吸煙開party 打擾鄰居的情事違反規定輕扣1000押金如告知而未改善沒收押金並請求離開宿舍住非常簡單洗澡睡覺功能不像飯店喔如果需要很舒服的精緻的建議還是要訂飯店這邊就提供方便臨時的住宿使用新竹簡單住宿 ※訂房前一定要先詢問不要臨時預定要等確認了回覆可以出租再訂房喔
