Cozy townhouse with an enclosed garden right in the center of Løkken. The house previously belonged to my dear mother and is furnished with many of her belongings. 1 minute from restaurants and shops, 5 minutes from the white sandy beach and surf cafe down by the pier. The house has a new kitchen, 2 bedrooms with new beds, 2 toilets, a living room, and an open kitchen. The garden faces south with plenty of sun, 2 separate enclosed courtyards, 1 for the car and the other for lounge chairs, a garden table, a grill and an umbrella. Casual with charm, not brand new.

There is a nice south-west facing terrace/patio with outdoor furniture. The location is top notch for those who want to enjoy Løkkens charming city life, and at the same time stay in a very quiet setting. Pets are not allowed.

The house is located close to the forest (10 m distance) . You are about 2,5 km away from the center og the city. It takes 4 bus stops (bus nr. 11 stops about 70 m from the house) to the main train and central bus station. Aalborg zoo is 15min walk away. There is 8 km to Aalborg airport. Self check ind. Bedding/towels available against payment, 80 dkk per pers.

Our house is within walking distance of Løgstør city center, Løgstør Harbor & Beach and Løgstør's beautiful canal, where you can go for lovely walks. In addition, the house offers a lovely courtyard where you can enjoy food and grill on the barbecue. We also have an amber lamp for those of you who would like to go amber hunting along the beach at Limfjorden.
