House vacation rentals in North Beach

Connie’s place was great! Looked just like the photos. The house was clean and in a great area. Nice and friendly neighbors. We enjoyed the community beaches that are super close, clean and dog friendly. It was a prefect weekend trip. We would book here again!

Fabulous views of Chesapeake Bay, pool was great, deer everywhere, house was spacious with three living areas. Would definitely stay there again.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The layout was perfect for spending quality time together while still giving everyone space to unwind. Private beach access made it even more special—we made great memories, met some lovely neighbors, and even had a chance to paddle board and spot a stingray! Huge shout-out to Leigh, our amazing host—so thoughtful, responsive, and kind. We’re so grateful for the experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Clare and Chris could not be nicer and easier to work with. My family/friends have been getting together since 1994 and have been to many great Airbnb's and VRBO's. My group could not stop telling me how great of a week we had. The primary features that were import to us which the house scored big are as follows: It has a dock (we arrived via boat), The kitchen is big, laid out for many "Cooks", The kitchen was open to the dining room table, The dining room table is open to the sitting areas, The pool was clean and inviting, The fire pit with seasoned firewood was a big hit for our group, All the beds were comfortable, The bedrooms were large and comfortable, The baths were clean, modern & large and The location to "What to do in Cambridge" is only 7-10 miles away. We made prearrangements: Richardson Maritime Museum to have a guided tour with David Williams on Friday and Spocott Windmill with George Radcliff. Both of these tours were fascinating. Our weekend was 5-Stars.

This home was the perfect place to celebrate my daughter’s graduation! We had family travel in from several states, and everyone felt comfortable and truly enjoyed the spacious layout. It was a bit too chilly to use the pool, but I’m already looking forward to booking this home again. I’ll definitely be a repeat renter!

Daniel’s Home was beautiful and he made this special event for me and my family able to celebrate my sons 26th Heavenly Birthday a success We were very comfortable and it really felt like home the pool was very clean and the Home was very spacious and squeaky clean I would love to Book Daniel again He was a very nice and friendly Host that responded to any questions we had he made communication easy me and my family really enjoyed our self and yes he’s reasonable and you definitely get what you paid for and more Thank you again Daniel

This place is an absolute gem. We’ve stayed in everything from sleek modern homes to charming older properties, and this one truly stands out. Although built in the early ’90s, it has a unique colonial charm that feels timeless. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and comfortable, with plenty of drawer and closet space for everyone. While it’s listed as a four-bedroom, there’s an additional upstairs room perfect for an air mattress, making it easy to accommodate up to 10 guests. What really drew us here was the peaceful setting—and it didn’t disappoint. The pool sits in front of the house, while the back opens to serene water views. Both areas offer spacious, covered and open seating to relax, rain or shine. In fact, we spent our first rainy evening on the covered back porch, just soaking in the view. We also brought our dogs, who absolutely loved having so much room to explore. The fully fenced yard gave us peace of mind, which made the stay even more relaxing. The hosts were

Can’t say enough good things about our stay! Beautiful place with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was well stocked and our host had thought of everything! Clear instructions, great recommendations for local spots etc. And the huge backyard and deck was perfect for us and our pups. Very comfortable beds and pillows too! Finally, host communicated so well and was incredibly accommodating.

The Wise Quack 2 is a cozy, clean Airbnb steps from the Chesapeake Bay, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Sidco’s warm hospitality, comfy beds, and thoughtful touches like the deep tub and hammock make it a gem. The quiet Shady Side location and quick host responses ensure a delightful stay.

We had a great stay here. Beautiful views of the water. Hosts were quick to respond. Good WiFi. Large deck with teak table and weber grill. Easy walk to water access. The waterfront is the best I’ve seen on the Bay. Sandy with shady and sunny spots against the cliffs. From the water access, you can walk in one direction to the limestone cliffs for shark tooth hunting. The other direction goes all the way to the marina. We hope to stay here again.

Words can't describe how grateful we are to have been able to use Christopher's place for a long-term job assignment. He was always responsive and so flexible for our needs. We had several extensions to our project and he was willing to accommodate us when we needed it to the best of his abilities. If we have future work in the area, we will definitely look up his place, and I believe he's got some customers for the future for "fun" as well!

Harbor Breeze at Herrington was just lovely and exactly as pictured! We were there to celebrate our son’s wedding weekend and the location is perfect for a wedding at Herrington on the Bay- very close to the venue, the Inn the market, and Ketch 22 where we had our welcome dinner. Tacy was so nice to allow our us an early arrival so we could get ready for the Welcome Dinner🥰We were very happy staying at Harbor Breeze. Due to the busy weekend we did not spend a lot of time at the house but it seemed the house was well stocked with all the essentials you would need. Harbor Breeze is a wonderful place to stay if you are visiting North Beach.

Wish we could have stayed longer! We didn’t need to bring anything. All linens, paper products, towels, and kitchenware were provided. Right down to mosquito spray. picnic blankets, and s’mores. Charles was helpful, flexible, kind, and available. He was willing to give my kids and I an up close lesson on beekeeping. He has 5 well maintained hives on his property and was eager for us to come along checking in on them. It was very impressive! The property was beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. There are a few paths to venture out on. One lead to the private beach, another out to a close view of the bay. The deck was the show stopper. The view of the water was amazing. While sitting on the deck, there were hummingbirds, butterflies, and deer passing through. And we could see all of this from the comfort of the hot tub . The game room was a nice bonus. There was something for everyone: darts, poker, drawing, puzzles, movies, board games. I appreciate you sharing your cottage with us!

We had the best time enjoying Jody and Gail's beautiful home! The views were incredible, it was so peaceful, and the house had every amenity we could have wanted. A highlight was kayaking and swimming in the cove right to the side of the home. We cant wait to come back!

We had a great stay at Sean's place. The house is exactly as pictured, and we appreciated the extra little touches like shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, etc. Such a fun location for a group with kids!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The house itself is spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. It was fully stocked with everything I needed — from kitchen essentials to high-quality linens. The beds were super comfortable, and there were more than enough towels and washcloths for everyone. One of the standout features was the in-home gym — much more equipped than I expected, which was such a bonus! The second floor, where the bedrooms are located, felt like a private retreat, and the land surrounding the property was both aesthetically stunning and very peaceful. This home truly exceeded expectations. I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway.

This was a cute little home to stay at over the weekend. Only downside was having to pay for beach access. But the house itself was very nice and had all the kitchen items we needed. Would stay again.

We had a lovely stay at Jennifer’s cottage. Was great to get out of the city and be in such a peaceful area. Loved the private beaches and how quiet they were and easy to get to (on is literally at the end of the road). The kitchen was well equipped as described and Jennifer was easy to get in touch with. Really enjoyed and would love to come back again.

We stayed in this house for our son's Naval Academy graduation/commissioning. It was absolutely perfect for our group. The drive across the bay bridge took anywhere from 35-45 minutes depending on the traffic. At no time was the traffic as bad as we've experienced it on the DC side of Annapolis. We crossed the bridge 1-2 times a day during our 7 day stay. As soon as you get to the island and head south there is no traffic and it's a beautiful, peaceful drive. The house is perfect for entertaining with two large rooms inside on the main floor. There is a large island in the kitchen room which makes for a great serving area. It rained during about half of our visit so we made good use of the space indoors. Our children used the fishing poles, kayak, soccer nets, ping pong and fooseball table. Negin was very responsive in answering our questions and even worked it out so we could check in early. We would definitely stay there again if we had the chance.
