Our home sit in a private and peaceful setting. It is perfect for the business travelers looking for a place to relax at the end of the day or anyone looking for a quiet place. Close to Castleton Banquet and Conference Center, Searles Castle, Canobie Lake Park, walking & biking trails, shopping and restaurant. Centrally located between Boston, beaches and mountain and lake region. Only 16 miles from Manchester Boston Regional Airport, 36 miles from downtown Boston, 3.5 miles from Interstate 93.

Ground level. Spacious room with a King Bed and a bonus smroom with a ( twin pull out bed) couch and desk/vanity. The sizeable bathroom is freshly remodeled. Kitchenette has a small sink, refrigerator and microwave. It is in a quiet neighborhood only minutes from a rail trail, route 62, interstate 95 route 1 and route 128. Off Street parking. We are 5 miles to Salem Mass, 44 miles to New Hampshire, 77 miles to the cape cod canal, 19 miles to Boston. We are 4 miles to the Beverly train Station.

This property is only 25 miles away from Boston near the border with NH and is close to beaches and winter ski destinations (15-25 mins away). I will go above and beyond to make sure that you have a pleasant stay. Like any suburbs in MA, some streets can be busy at certain times, yet this area is safe.
