Vacation rentals with a kayak in North Africa

The villa is in a great location close to Turtle Bay and Konnos Beach. It is well equipped for families and my grandchildren loved the pool and the play area. Lambros, the owner was always available and keen to make our stay enjoyable.

Renata et son mari sont d'une extrême gentillesse. Nous avons eu un excellent accueil. Le mari de Renata nous as accueilli chez eux et nous as permis de passer un excellent moment dans leur jardin au près de leurs animaux (notre fils été ravi) et nous avons eu le droit à une dégustation de papaye du jardin. Le logement à une magnifique vue. L'endroit est paisible et assez loin de tous les lieux touristiques. Encore plus beau que sur les photos. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés. Merci à vous

Words cannot describe how lovely our time at A Deck Feeling has been. The apartment is incredibly comfortable, spotlessly clean, and in a breathtaking location. Ermoupoli is special and this neighborhood is idyllic. The color of the sea at your feet and the sound of the waves as you drift off to sleep is food for the soul. As wonderful as the physical space, it is the owners, Iro and Dimitris, that really take this stay to the next level. Thank you both for your genuine hospitality and kindness! We hebben als gezin twee fantastische weken gehad in Villa Emanuelle. Het was een fantastisch verblijf waar met liefde en aandacht van de host alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd was. Altijd bereikbaar voor tips en bijzonder behulpzaam in de voorbereiding. Niets was te veel en zelf een gevulde koelkast bij aankomst. de Kreteense gastvrijheid in optima forma. Met recht een parel van een villa!

We absolutely loved this airbnb! Location is everything, a quick 5 min walk and you’re in the heart of the port town. Beautiful interior, nice and cool with the air conditioning and a very lovely host who organised her brother to pick us up from the airport and take us to the place for only €15. Super convenient! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Also - comfiest bed we’ve slept in in an Airbnb!

Lovely house with private beach in Eel Garden. It is spacious, clean, and was decorated very lovely. The location is awesome, next to many restaurants, shops, and only a 10’ walk away from the lighthouse area. The sea in front of the house has many corals and a beautiful reef! Make sure to start snorkeling from the left side of the house to find the ‘reef tunnel’ that easily leads you to the wall of the reef (to not walk/swim very closely to the corals). Beds are comfy, there is a smart TV and the water pressure was probably the best I’ve seen in Dahab. We will definitely be back!

We had a great week at Carlos’ and Cynthia’s home. The flat is very well equipped and we had everything we needed. When we arrived Cynthia brought us some eggs and we were allowed to pick herbs from the garden. The view from the terrace is incredible.

As we got to the location Maria was waiting to welcome us. We directly felt this is the place for us to relax and recharge. The house was perfectly located with the most breathtaking view of the deep blue waters of this small amazing almost private bay. It was super clean, perfectly equipped and made with so much love. Maria thought about every little detail which made our stay so comfortable and pleasant. The small shop at the reception offered a nice selection of local wines and they were all very tasty. Maria and her assistant were both attentive and helpful, answered every question within minutes and made sure we have all we need. You have to consider that this place is super isolated. You will have to get a car to get some groceries or to get to the next restaurant or cafe. For us it was exceptional to be out of any busy touristic place so we could enjoy the magic of Greek nature to the fullest. We will be back thank you so much for the hospitality Maria.

What a fantastic villa, the location is superb with the villa located directly on the beach. We stayed end March / beginning April and very rarely saw anyone else on the beach. We were looking for a place to relax and unwind and this was perfect. The villa is private but had so much to keep my teen boys occupied - a massive very clean swimming pool, ping pong table, pool table, basketball court, football, dart board and kayaks. The weather was also good enough for swimming in the sea. The check in process was very easy and the villa had everything we needed. Zacharias was easily contactable if we needed anything. Thanks for a fantastic stay.

Had great holidays! The house is excellent and spacious with breathtaking sea view. Had fresh produce in the garden that we were able to use, from melons, watermelons, figs, cucumbers, tomatoes, aubergine, courgette, and more. Totally isolated for peace and calm but also 8 mins from 2 villages that you can get anything you might want. Sea sides are amazing and so many too choose (from 5 min , 10 min , 20 mins to 1 hour drive deep what you want)with clear blue waters. Also are many things to do for sightseeing with longest drive for the furthest to about 1 hour. Sotiris was amazing host and always available to answer any queries we had. For sure will come again.

Wenn man die ländliche Lage bevorzugt, ist Sandras Apartment perfekt, denn in wenigen Minuten ist man an der Hauptstraße. Der steile Schotterweg war für uns erst ungewohnt. Das Apartment ist schön eingerichtet, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, die Terrasse wunderschön, Sandra und ihre Familie sind sehr freundlich. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter!

​We had a 5-day stay at this rustic cottage in nature. If you're looking for a retreat surrounded by birdsong and greenery, this is the perfect spot. It truly feels like an escape into nature. That said, a car is needed, as the nearest town is a drive away and the last approx. 2 km of road is not smooth. The access to the cottage from the road might not be suitable for everyone—there are steep, winding stairs & uneven surfaces, so it’s something to consider for guests with limited mobility. Jens & Sarah were ​very good hosts—responsive, thoughtful, and helpful throughout our stay. The Wi-Fi was excellent, making it a great option for remote workers, though the lighting indoors is ​ somewhat dim, so plan accordingly if you need a well-lit space to work. Being immersed in nature also means you may encounter insects or mosquitoes, so come prepared—but that’s part of the experience in such a beautifully natural setting. All in all, a peaceful and authentic getaway in nature.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Xiropigado. La maison était magnifique, elle est paisible, située au bord de mer avec une plage presque privée Le jardin est magnifique, les fleurs sentent bons, la vue est exceptionnelle La maison est grande et très bien équipée pour une grande famille. La climatisation fonctionne parfaitement ainsi que les équipements de cuisine, modernes. C’est l’endroit idéal pour se reposer et se ressourcer en famille ou entre amis. La kayak mis à disposition est un plus pour profiter de la mer. Merci beaucoup

Hard not to fall in love with this place. Everything one could dream of. It’s a very relaxed environment with two very cool humans, whom which have built a little town of their own if you don’t say! We were lucky enough to have a little tour of the place, hear about how it all started. Went horseback riding with Chris which was incredo. Swam in the pond, sat in the sauna but mostly just enjoyed the view. And hung out with the doggos. Thank you. Will definitely come again when I return to Portugal.

What to say about this house and location? Just perfection…right on the beach…kayak to the mini-market or for a cocktail and Konstantinos is a very attentive host with excellent communication. This place is a real gem. Can’t wait to return. 10/10.

We recently stayed at Ahmed’s property in Nuweiba, South Sinai, and it was absolutely wonderful! The location is unbeatable—right on a private beach with stunning views of the sea and surrounding mountains. The serene and peaceful atmosphere made it feel like our own little slice of paradise. The room was cozy and well-equipped, with air conditioning and a private bathroom, ensuring a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of our trip was the kayaking experience Ahmed offered. Paddling out into the crystal-clear waters and seeing the vibrant coral reefs was truly magical. My wife and daughter had such a great time, and my daughter especially loved playing with the adorable dogs on the property, which added a warm, homey touch. The property is also conveniently located less than 10 minutes from a supermarket and a fantastic Korean restaurant where we enjoyed delicious meals. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with incredible views, Ahmed’s place is the perfect choice.

La verdad que la cabaña estaba nueva prácticamente y a pesar de ser muy compacta, está todo muy bien distribuido para dos personas, pero no recomendaría más. Es verdad que algunos materiales plásticos no parecen ser muy duraderos, pero el tiempo dirá. También hay que entender que estamos en medio del campo prácticamente y hay arañas y bichos rondando. Recomendaría ir equipado con un insecticida, y no abrir mucho la puerta o ventanas por la noche con la luz encendida. Fue una pena que no estuvieran abiertas las instalaciones de escalada porque me apetecía probarlo. Ricardo estuvo en todo momento atento y dispuesto para resolver cualquier problema.

Wer Ruhe und Natur möchte, kommt in dieser Unterkunft auf seine Kosten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unsere Tocher (2,5) war begeistert von dem Haus. Ein sehr kinderfreundlich, phantasievoll eingerichtetes Haus. Beim nächsten Mal bleiben wir auf jeden Fall länger.

Merci à Aline pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. La cabane nous a beaucoup plu et son environnement est paisible. Nous avons aimé le calme absolu. Peut être parce que le restaurant à côté n était pas encore ouvert. Le lit est un peu dur mais on s y fait. Les enfants ont apprécié dormir en haut, comme une cabane dans une cabane. Un gros plus est la communication avec Aline. Rien à redire!!! Merci

A la casa no le faltaba un detalle, desayuno incluido. Los dueños muy amables. El entorno es precioso, puedes elegir hacer una ruta por el parque que sale desde la casa y también puedes irte a la playa. Las vistas son increíbles, el mar, Tarifa incluso África
