The famous lakes of Copenhagen are the backdoor neighbors. 1 bedroom with a 2,7m wide bed, where 3 can sleep if necessary. Living room (with a sleep-ready couch for 2), a dining room, and a well-stocked kitchen free to use for anyone who likes cooking. It is also ideal for couples travelling with small children. Perched on my favourite street in inner Nørrebro. 50 meters from some of the best bars and restaurants in the city. My apartment is my home and is the culmination of my work and travels over the past 17 years. Inside you'll find original artworks by Richard Serra, Sterling Ruby, Kenneth Willardt, and myself. Rare books everywhere. Plants cover the windows and floor. The beautiful bathroom was designed by me and executed by Frama. The kitchen is also a custom unit by Frama in Copenhagen.

Everything is within walking distance, such as Tivoli, Strøget, Torvehallerne, with its large selection of food, wine and generally just a good atmosphere of people from Denmark and a lot of tourists. The apartment itself exudes personality and functions as a private home, where you are in direct contact with people who either walk or cycle by and not least the many runners who use the lakes as a breathing space for their exercise.

The apartment is in a peaceful and central location, within walking distance of the city, the Metro station and the main train station. It contains a bright bedroom, a large living room and dining kitchen with access to the balcony. There is an elevator inside the property itself and a private parking space in the neighboring property. The apartment is directly adjacent to Sankt Jørgens Sø, a lovely and green recreational area in the middle of the city. Feel free to ask about a longer stay.
