The famous lakes of Copenhagen are the backdoor neighbors. 1 bedroom with a 2,7m wide bed, where 3 can sleep if necessary. My apartment is my home and is the culmination of my work and travels over the past 17 years. Inside you'll find original artworks by Richard Serra, Sterling Ruby, Kenneth Willardt, and myself. Rare books everywhere. Plants cover the windows and floor. The beautiful bathroom was designed by me and executed by Frama. The kitchen is also a custom unit by Frama in Copenhagen.

lovely apartment located by the beautiful lakes, in Copenhagen. Everything is within walking distance, such as Tivoli, Strøget, Torvehallerne, with its large selection of food, wine and generally just a good atmosphere of people from Denmark and a lot of tourists. The apartment itself exudes personality and functions as a private home, where you are in direct contact with people who either walk or cycle by and not least the many runners who use the lakes as a breathing space for their exercise.

City centre: One room apt. (studio) on the 6th floor (elevator, don't worry) with big balcony overlooking one of the central lakes. All sights within walking distance. Sleeps two, BUT ONLY IF YOU LOVE EACH OTHER – the 120 cm wide futon is now equipped with top mattress so guests no longer get back-aches. Please read the entire passage under YOUR PROPERTY.
