부부가 서로 김씨라서 김씨주택입니다. 김씨부부는 21년 4월에 첫아이를 출산했습니다. 아이가 어려 아직 입주를 하지 못해 이 집을 오픈합니다. 김씨부부와 그 아이를 위한 이 집에 여러분을 초대합니다. 여기에 실내에 있는 고양이들은 사람을 너무 좋아합니다. 절대 사람에 대해 실망시키지 말아주세요. 장난으로라도 고양이를 학대하시면 안됩니다. 고양이를 조금이라도 꺼려하시면 이 집이 아닙니다 실외에 유기견 둘이 있습니다. 유기견 첫째는 "초복이", 둘째는 "중복이" 입니다. 초복이과 중복이는 오씨주택과 김씨주택을 왔다리갔다리 합니다. 개와 고양이 혐오가 없는 것은 물론이고 불편하시거나 조금이라도 먼지나 털에 민감하신 분은 예약을 삼가주세요. 동물을 사랑하는 마음으로 우아하고 착하게 사는 사람들을 기다립니다
