Manicured and cozy farmhouse, to enjoy the silence, located in Riópar Viejo, with wonderful views of the entire valley, from the peak of the Almenara to the Calar del Mundo. Ideal for spending wonderful days of peace and quiet, walking through the natural landscapes of the area, the birth of the Rio Mundo, Almenara, Pino del Toril, Padroncillo, etc. The Balcony of Riópar Viejo consists of two independent but adjoining houses, so groups of 12 guests could stay.

Old house renovated with character, maintaining the charm of yesteryear, but with all the necessary amenities to spend a few days disconnected from the noise of the city. Located in the old town of Moratalla, with parking 50 meters away, you can go to all the places in the village. Overlooking the castle and a two-minute walk from the church and its viewpoint. The house has a double bed, and a double sofa bed for two more people. For four people in total.
