We stayed with 3 adults and two toddlers and the space was completely sufficient. There was also enough board game material available on rainy days and the children still got a lot of painting utensils from Marieke. The kids were very happy about that. Outside in the garden it was very idyllic and in the summer it was certainly nice to sit outside by the pond comfortably in the evening. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. we lacked nothing. The communication with Marieke was great. She was always very accessible and proactively suggested activities. All around a very successful week :) Thank you very much for that.

We had a great stay. Everything was overwhelming. The location, the reception, the tranquility, the surroundings, the beautiful swimming pool, the luxury and pleasant house was really equipped with everything, the delicious sugar bread incl. cream butter. We will definitely come back. What a enjoyment! Top!

This is a beautiful airbnb in a forested location; peaceful and quiet. There is ample seating outside to enjoy the natural surroundings. It’s a very charming place to stay; we loved it!

Last weekend I had an unforgettable stay with friends in a beautiful house surrounded by nature. The house was spacious and comfortable, ideal for our group. The area offered plenty of opportunities for relaxation and adventure, with beautiful walks and a visit to a charming village. It was a perfect weekend to enjoy and recharge together, and we look forward to coming back again.

With a group of friends of 5 people, we stayed three nights in this AirBnB on a small-scale park. There were few other guests in the park, so we could enjoy the nice jacuzzi and garden. Unfortunately, for the (unheated) pool, the temperature outside was just a bit too cold. Inside is a lot of space, the cottage is much larger in terms of seating space than for 5-6 people. The beds (a total of 6 sleeping places) were excellent. With two refrigerators, six burners (gas stove) and a spacious dishwasher, the kitchen was also great, although unfortunately there was no towel or tea towel available to dry the hands and small dishes. It is also nice that there are two toilets (one of which is separate), but the door to the bathroom with toilet cannot be locked and does not close completely. Arrival is fine, with some information from the host in advance via the app and on site instructions to get to the right cottage at the small bungalow park. All in all a great stay in a nice area!

We had a great time in this beautiful cottage in the countryside. The welcome was very warm, the cottage was clean and very characterful. We completely relaxed and the jacuzzi was great. We expected the pool to be open, but in the end we had a great time swimming in the Canada lake and with long walks. Highly recommended for anyone looking for beautiful nature and tranquility.

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic house! It is really perfectly appointed – everything you need is there, and it is super clean and spacious. The house is a real retreat to relax with lots of great extras such as the boat, whirlpool and perfectly equipped kitchen. The location is just ideal and our children felt very comfortable there – they even fell asleep quickly, which speaks for the comfort. Overall an absolute dream that we would book again at any time. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely weekend with our son (8) in Johannes' cottage. What attention has been paid to the construction and furnishing of this cottage, wonderfully how many details Johannes has managed to add, we recognized objects that our grandmother used to cook with or that were in her kitchen. The beds are comfortable, the cottage has all the comforts. Bicycles are available, but you can also go many ways by car from here. We hope to come back again to see more of the area.

We were there with five adults and a toddler and had a great time! We happened to be in a vacation home in the same park, which was also beautifully located, but the cabin in the woods is really a highlight: The forest is directly adjacent to the garden, so that you not only have a lot of privacy but the atmosphere directly provides pure relaxation (view from the hot tub and the sauna directly into the forest). The amenities were modern and thoughtful. The bathroom and the open living-dining area were other highlights. The landlords responded quickly to questions. We would definitely come back!

A beautiful home in a charming Dutch village. It was in a perfect location and the house was beautifully decorated. We enjoyed a cozy porch overlooking the canal, the beds were great and the kitchen was well equipped with great coffee machine. Wonderful restaurants within a short walk. We will come back to this gezellig home.

Great house, lovingly decorated and optimal location close to the center. Good restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. Thought that we were short of coffee beans, made contact and within a very short time a young man stood at the front door with the beans. Great service.

The stay at Robert's place was great! The large living room with kitchen is super equipped and the garden is beautifully green and quiet. You are directly on the campsite and can also visit a nice café there or walk to the nearby lake. Perfect for an extended weekend with 4 people + dog

Very nice place. We will come back soon, i guess :) + silent + nice garden + good vibe + multiple sitting options outside. (one for every position of the sun during the day.)

Super friendly, always looked out for us upon arrival

We had a wonderful time at Ton and Lizette’s place. The house and surroundings were even nicer than the photos. The house had everything we needed for a weekend away. They even included a few dog treats to also welcome our dog. He really lived his best life exploring outside. We felt relaxed and enjoyed taking walks in nature. The bed was so comfortable with the adjustable settings and reading lamps. We were sad to leave, but we look forward to going back!

We spent a wonderful week in this fantastically beautiful vacation home! Together with friends, our children and their children, we were able to enjoy the tranquility and nature to the fullest. The house is very tastefully decorated, absolutely clean and leaves nothing to be desired – you immediately feel comfortable. The surroundings are idyllic and perfect for families: on the adjacent pasture, the children were allowed to visit sheep and move freely. They were also particularly enthusiastic about the orchard, where we were allowed to pick to our heart's content. There is a cozy restaurant nearby, fresh honey from your own beekeeper and eggs from the chickens right on site – simply wonderful! The hostess was very friendly, spoke very good German and was particularly warm in dealing with the children. We felt completely welcome and can recommend this place without reservation.

We had a wonderful week. The house has all the comforts, including a very nice kitchen. Also nice was the sun in the front garden, where we could have breakfast quietly. The location is nice and quiet, so we were able to sleep really well. In the area we enjoyed the nature, the tranquility and the friendly people. The reception was warm and personal, even our dog Bettie received a warm welcome. All in all recommended, we will definitely come back. Finally, I would like to mention Dokkum, a very nice town with special shops and good restaurants. Thank you Coen and Anne (and Marianne) for this beautiful, wonderful week.
