Only a 2-minute walk to the gas station via the shortcut/stairs on the backside of the house. In the garden, there is a terrace with a dining table for outdoor meals. Quiet, peaceful, with stunning views of fjords and mountains, 10 m from the waterfront. 70 m2 plus a large room on the jetty level. Unique layout, large window surfaces, and multi-level rooms. One bedroom with a double bed, and a large sofa bed in the loft/TV room. Tiled bathroom by bedroom. The basement has a double door, a view of the fjord, and its own toilet/laundry room and refrigerator/freezer.

Here you will find all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Here you can enjoy the sunrise that reflects in the lake in the morning and in the evening you can watch the stars while relaxing in the jacuzzi. Cozy holiday home with amazing views of Hjørundfjorden. Several patios/terraces, fire pit and barbecue. Outdoor jacuzzi for 5-6 people. The house is located 35m from the parking lot in sloping terrain. Small sandy beach and common barbecue/outdoor area nearby. 400 m to Sæbø center with grocery stores, niche stores, hotels and campsite. Motorboat can be rented at an additional cost, floating jetty 50m from the house. Please let us know before arrival if boat rental is applicable.

Surrounded by the Sunnmørsalpene, between Ørsta and Ålesund lies this unique waterfront house. A perfect starting point for mountain hiking and other attractions in Sunnmøre. Within an hour or two you can reach famous places such as Geiranger, Åndalsnes, Loen and the amazing bird island Runde. The Atlantic Park in Ålesund is also worth a visit. In Ørsta, 20 min. away, there are plenty of shops and restaurants.
