The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Built in 1879, the listed water tower in Montabaur offers a special and cosy ambience. In a prime location in Montabaur, between the ICE train station and the old town, pretty much everything the city has to offer is within walking distance. The tower is historically preserved, but still offers many modern amenities. Around 1990, it was completely renovated and converted into living space. In 2023 it was renovated with a new bathroom. The hallway leads to our basement rooms, which means we sometimes have to go through the hallway. Mini kitchen. Wi-Fi. TV. Near DRK Altenheim. A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.

Pure nature! You live in an old train station directly on hiking and biking trails. Absolute tranquility (almost) without neighbors. Slow-moving freight trains pass by on the rails 3 times a day. On weekends they are still - then you can watch deer or even a fox there. The apartment is located in the former engine shed of the train station and is stylishly/individually and comfortably furnished. It is now available for the first time after complete renovation of the building.

We were only briefly with Uwe and Sandra and nothing was missing. The terrace is very nice in good weather! We only saw each other once briefly, as we had a somewhat tight schedule ourselves and also arrived very late. However, communication was always easy with messages and since we also forgot something on site, we are currently still communicating 🥴

All necessary booking information was provided to us after booking, so we could easily forward it to our employee. Communication in advance with the host was always friendly and purposeful. We are happy to book this place again when needed!

The property is located on the outskirts of the village overlooking a field and trees. It is very quiet and you can start nice walks right outside the front door. The accommodation has everything you need for a few relaxing days in the Westerwald and by car you have many great destinations to choose from. There was the possibility to get a high chair and a crib provided, which was very helpful for our trip with a toddler.

We were on site for a sporting event and stayed at this place. For us, the location was perfect – everything was easily accessible. The apartment itself is well furnished, exactly what we were looking for. It was particularly pleasant that Rita was always easily accessible and the check-in was very flexible. On Sunday, we could even stay a bit longer. Overall a successful stay! Thank you!
