Cabin vacation rentals in Norddal Municipality

We stayed here for our honeymoon and WOW what an amazing place. The views from the cabin are insane, we were snowed in for a few days but the cabin was the perfect place for a few slow days! Ellen-Kristine and Bjørn we're really helpful and quick to respond when we had any questions. They even got a friendly neighbour to check we were ok when the unexpected snow arrived! For outdoor activities the location is perfect, Stranda itself is very quiet, it's a fairly long drive (40mins) for any nice restaurants, but that was fine with us!

We had such a wonderful time at this cabin! It was perfect for our small group of friends. We really enjoyed the breathtaking view while preparing meals in the kitchen, grilling in the gazebo, and relaxing in the hot tub. Hanne and Ole were very hospitable and the communication was excellent before during and after our stay. We hope to all visit again soon!

We had the most pleasant days in the cottage! Beautiful cottage, really nice view and area. We took advantage of both the outdoor pool and the rowboat, which was completely idyllic. John was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Can only be recommended, and we will be happy to return.

An absolutely amazing place to stay - the easiest 5-star review I’ve ever given! Breathtaking views from this beautiful and secluded cabin. The hot tub and fire pit are wonderful and the entire property is gorgeous, just like you can see in the photos. Two things to be aware of: 1) It’s a 3-4 min hike down to the cabin from the road where you park, but the hosts provided clear instructions for where to park and were super helpful in bringing our luggage down and back up during check-in and check-out. 2) There is another cabin right next to this one which the hosts also rent out. During the weekend that my wife and I were here, there was nobody staying in the other cabin so the area was a private oasis for us. Worth keeping in mind though that you’ll be sharing the space with others a bit though if anyone is staying in the other cabin. It’s a beautiful place and absolutely lives up to the photos in the listing. The hosts are helpful, friendly, and speak good English. 5/5!

A wonderful stay with fantastic views. A place where you will really come to rest. We rented the boat to sail around the fjord and it was really great! Highly recommended!

We had a longer stay of 7 nights with Bottolf and Siw during our Norway trip – and it was just great! The place was mainly used for relaxation, for which the Jacuzzi was absolutely perfect. The house was very well equipped, clean and cozy – you immediately felt comfortable. We would particularly like to emphasize the warm hospitality: Bottolf regularly gave us great excursion tips and always inquired whether we were doing well and whether we needed anything else. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. Thank you for the wonderful time!

My husband and I have had the most wonderful trip to the absolutely amazing cabin <3, we also ended up extending our stay because it was so beautiful, so 6 amazing days, we will definitely come back :) Everything was perfect. Wow for a place!! We look forward to the next visit there :-) thank you for everything.

We had a fantastic stay at Oddvar’s beautiful cabin; it had everything we needed and we really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and laundry room. The views from the hot tub and garden are incredible and very peaceful/private. The cabin was clean, tidy and felt very homely. We would certainly come back and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the local area, or explore further afield from such a lovely base home. Oddvar is a great host, good communication, responsive and friendly. 10/10 🙌🏻 Thank you!

Very nice cottage with (low) relaxation around the garden. The dogs have been able to have a lot of fun here. Furthermore, the cottage was sparkling clean upon arrival and well equipped in terms of luxury. Too bad we only booked 2 days, but we have to move on.

Amazing views and very charming cabin

Visited Solrun's cabin for the second time - we can't give better feedback!:-) Quiet, private, right at the edge of the sea - paradise on earth for 2 adults, a teenager and a child. Lake right out, forest right behind. Many "zones" outdoors - depending on weather, sun, etc. Good beds and well equipped cottage, really homey. Had an Apple TV that we connected to the TV and wifi so that we had access to all channels as at home. I highly recommend this cabin - we will definitely come back a third time.

This is Norway, a simple cabin with kitchenette and accessories. Everything simple, but picturesque view, right on the fjord. Long way with 150 m to toilet and shower, but the accommodation is worth it, this idyll on the water! Gem for camping fans

Beautiful quiet location.

Awesome place to stay like a shelter. Clean wood, water, candles and dry toilet available. The start of the hikes to Reinheimen Park is almost next door. So very convenient. We were able to go skiing and pulka directly from the cabin. Thank you for this wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful experience at this house near the lake. The location is absolutely stunning — nestled in the mountains and surrounded by lush greenery. It’s the perfect peaceful getaway if you love nature and scenic views. The house itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic place to unwind!

The cabin is in a great location in the middle of the ski resort in Stranda. Brilliant view from the living room and terrace. The cabin is of a very good standard and met all our expectations. Joakim sent good and clear information before the stay and always responded quickly if there was anything. All in all one we very happy with our stay and will be happy to come back 😊

We had a fantastic stay at this cabin! It was incredibly clean and well maintained, with a very cozy atmosphere that made us feel at home right away. Very nice location – the cottage is located in a beautiful mountain landscape, ideal for both relaxation and nature walks. The hosts were also very helpful and responded quickly to questions. We can highly recommend this cabin to others!

Beautiful cottage. Had everything we needed. Very responsive host. We exceeded the 10GB limit on the internet and Leif was helpful in adding in the top up and was proactive in doing the same thing without asking the next day. Very thoughtful! Extremely beautiful view from the cottage!

A welcoming home in a beautiful location. We felt right at home from the moment we got there. The views out each window are stunning and we were fortunate to have a perfect viewpoint of the northern lights while we were there. The home is immaculate with everything you need for an inviting and peaceful stay. It is in a location which made day trips to Loen and Geiranger easy to get to or you could stay close to home and head to the many hiking trails right outside the front door. Stian was a perfect host….making sure we had everything we needed and left clear, helpful instructions for the home. We would come back to this Airbnb without hesitation.

If you're looking for a cozy cabin nested in a thicket full of chirping birds, look no further. Staying at Giskemonibba Lodge was a treat, and me and my friends only regret not being able to stay longer. For those of you who like running and hiking, there is a lot of beautiful trails in the area, notably the Giskemonibba summit. For those who prefer to stay indoors, the cabin is well kept and cozy, with two terraces on which to enjoy the sun, and a comfortable furniture inside for those moments when the Norwegian weather has a moody day. Highly recommended!
