Mooi ingerichte kleine studio met prachtig zicht op de baai. Kortbij wandelwegen. Vincent is goed bereikbaar en geeft zeer duidelijke informatie over het verblijf. Het was aangenaam om in een zeer propere studio toe te komen (veel dank en proficiat aan de poetsdame!). We komen graag terug. Petit studio joliment décoré avec une belle vue sur la baie. Proche des sentiers de randonnée. Vincent est facilement accessible et donne des informations très claires sur le séjour. C'était agréable d'arriver dans un studio très propre (un grand merci et félicitations à la femme de ménage !). Nous serions ravis de revenir.

Très bel appartement dans une belle maison. très propre salle de bain parfaite literie au top parfait pour emmener son animal de compagnie. balades à proximité merci pour ce séjour je recommande ce logement

Heel mooie woning en tuin. De hottub en sauna waren zeker een meerwaarde. We hebben echt genoten van ons weekendje weg.

Wij hebben genoten van ons verlengde weekendje aan zee. Dit was de derde keer dat we in Knokke op deze manier iets boekten en qua duidelijke instructies, netheid & vlotte communicatie sprong deze ervaring er bovenuit! Wij komen zeker nog terug!

Excelente casa e excelente anfitrião

Faultless. We arrived and met Steve who was extremely amiable. The accommodation definitely met up to all our expectations and the grounds were so lovely and perfect for our pooch who bless him has not been so well of late but he was so happy wondering around. We only had a 2 night stay as were visiting various friends over the 2 days so did not really get to really appreciate what a lovely place Steve and Tina obviously spent a lot of time and attention into making it a wonderful place to stay. The donkeys are adorable. All in all we would highly recommend a stay to anyone looking for peace and quite and such lovely surroundings. There are so many lovely places to visit withing a short drive so a perfect base to explore. We certainly will be back the next time we come to Kent. Thank you Steve and Tina Oh and appreciate all the little goodies you provide us. Lovely touch.

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr gut vorbereitet von Jane. Sie ist auf unsere Wünsche super eingegangen und hat uns alles möglich gemacht. Es war sogar Grillkohle für den Grill vorhanden! Wirklich super! Sehr nette Kommunikation, gute Tipps für die Umgebung und sehr zuvorkommend. Tolle Gastgeberin! Immer wieder gerne! 5 von 5 Sternen! Und das Haus ist einfach schön, geräumig, und die Duschen und Bäder haben guten Wasserdruck ( Für England nicht selbstverständlich). Alles in sehr gutem Zustand und aufgeräumt und sauber! Für 12 Personen ist das ein super Haus! 100% ige Empfehlung! Danke Jane!!!

We had stayed here on our previous UK visit and it really suited the type of accommodation and the area we wanted at the end of our trip. The place wasn’t available when I first checked but Julie went out of her way to make it so and was extremely helpful even when I messed up the dates of the stay. The accommodation met all our needs , it is a quiet area and the place is well setup with everything we wanted. It is close to the many places that we enjoy visiting in the area and it was nice to take a relaxing walk to the nearby beach in the evenings. We will definitely stay here on our next trip and can’t speak highly enough of Julie and the help she was with this stay.

The accommodation is perfect! Just what we needed for a base for my friend’s wedding. Possibly the most well equipped Airbnb kitchen I’ve ever seen, lovely garden to chill in on summer evenings, everything we needed, lovely decor, great for 6 adults with 3 double rooms, perfect location. Parking a little tricky but we managed to park on a nearby road 4 mins away! Can’t fault our stay here would definitely come back, thank you Daniel!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr nahe am Meer gelegen. Fußläufig kann man alle wichtigen Dinge wie Supermärkte, Restaurants oder Tramstationen erreichen. Uns hat der Urlaub sehr gefallen.

logement très agréable, extrêmement bien situé, le parking gratuit est à moins de 10mn a pied. le logement était très calme qd ns y sommes allés, aucunes nuisances sonores. ravies de ce séjour, je recommande chaudement.

Myself, partner and Pomeranian pup stayed here for one night and it was perfect. Small, as described and pictured but spotlessly clean and in the centre on Cantebury town. A great place to stay if in the area! Thank you

Sophie is the perfect host. Sophie even left us a few basic food essentials. The check in time is also earlier than other places and check out is later. The house is immaculate and very tastefully furnished. Showers are really good. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The garden is also a nice place to sit and have a drink in the evening. Bedrooms are all lovely with plenty of hanging rail space and lots of hangers. Comfortable beds too. The house is very by walking in to Broadstairs and also on a short walk from some excellent restaurants. We used the Loop bus to get to Margate and Ramsgate. The bus stop is near the house and very frequent. There is parking for one car on the driveway. The house does have a lot of stairs with two upstairs stories and one basement. The good news is that there is a bathroom with toilet on both floors with bedrooms and also another toilet between the kitchen basement room and the lounges. Thank you Sophie for letting us stay.

Logement tres agreable , propre calme , ideal avec un chien. Seul bémol trop loin à pied de la plage et de la ville. Obligée de prendre la voiture. Mais je garde l'adresse poir un eventuel retour. Merci

Nice little spot in Mers-les-Bains. The apartment is a little older, but was comfortable, in a great location (walkable to everywhere), and the hosts had loads of recommendations for local restaurants and activities, a lot of which we did. The apparement also had a washer/dryer which was really convenient since you have to bring your own towels for shorter stays. They were also communicative and very flexible for check in - check out!

Fab holiday house, we'll definitely be coming again!

Thank you EvaMaria for a wonderful stay. We came with our 2 children who loved their kids room and the hot tub! The house was exactly as expected from the photos and description. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Luc. L'appartement est confortable, bien situé et très bien entretenu. Luc est un hôte accueillant et réactif, ce qui a rendu l'expérience encore plus agréable. À noter, pour information, qu’il s’agit d’un logement en annexe à la maison de Luc, ce qui peut être bon à savoir en fonction des attentes de chacun. Je recommande sans hésitation !

Clear instructions about arrival, location etc. very true to photos. Should have packed better as the stairs are many but with height comes the view. Alexandra very helpful and thorough showing us around the apartment. The views are beautiful. Personally feel it diminishes the flat and location and cost to then ask extra to have a hand towel for the bathroom and towels for a shower. Having an Airbnb myself I can’t imagine not supplying them, I even give beach towels so you have to factor that in. Also don’t think our car is overly large but was advised it would not fit in the parking space so also had to factor in 25euros per day extra to park and that being said we had just travelled down, across and up the east coast of France over 16 days and this was our most expensive stay per night.

Mooi en proper huisje , alles aanwezig. Pluspunt afgesloten tuin zodat de hond niet weg kan. Strand en bakker op wandel afstand , echt TOP. Aanrader voor wandelaars en fietsers.

Die Kommunikation war prima, unkompliziert und immer zeitnah. Das Haus war passend für unsere 6köpfige Familie. Die Ausstattung gut. Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Wir haben uns in dem gemütlichen Häuschen wohlgefühlt.
