Lovely setting and convenient for the Channel Tunnel. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi and lovely barn. They were great welcoming hosts will certainly book again on our way to France

We had a lovely week in Plantagenet and really cannot recommend it enough; the cottage really exceeded our expectations. The garden is phenomenal. It was a private and tranquil escape and our collie thoroughly enjoyed doing laps of the large garden despite the rainy weather. We loved it from the moment we arrived and didn't want to leave. The cottage is well equipped, has a great cosy ambiance with lots of indoor and outdoor game options no matter what the weather. The communication with Tim&Maite was friendly and responsive, we particularly appreciated the slightly late check out. We are hoping to book again soon with more of our family joining us.

With Alain and Catherine, you don't rent a house, you rent a home. Wonderful, comfortable, well-equipped and cozy in a flea market way. Wonderful beds, beautiful terrace, good pellet stove and fireplace with plenty of wood. Blissful hot tub, very cozy. A huge fenced garden. Our dog thought it was a true paradise. Grocery stores 10 minutes' drive away (Lidl, Aldi). Good roads. Forests and tourist spots nearby. In short, highly recommended, because where else are you received with a warm hot tub, a stove and a nice bottle of bubbles? This superhost is really great.

A lovely cottage, we have enjoyed our stay very much. There are lots of nice touches in a good thought for the comfort of guests. Warm house in every room by the time of our arrival; milk, juice, home made jam (delicious!), bread, cereals avalible; little messages that welcome and guide through the house. There are actually 3 bathrooms. All is spotless clean and fresh. We wish to return :)

We stayed as a family in Dahlia’s beautiful cottage. It is in the absolute heart of town with everything on your doorstep. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Everything we needed was in the cottage. Beds great and lovely linens. The little back garden was perfect for breakfast and an evening drink. We were left a nice bottle of bubbles in the fridge which was a lovely touch. Dahlia is very responsive to messages. We had no problems at all in the cottage. WiFi is great, parking was a bit tricky on the day we arrived but got a little easier House was spotless. No 1 Whitstable did delicious food and The Ship Centurean did a fabulous Sunday roast . We stayed there as 5 adults and a dog. We were pleasantly surprised by the size and beauty of the fully fenced garden. Thanks to the splendid weather we made the most of it. The accommodation is very comfortable, nothing missing. The bedding is good, the shower is very nice. Check-in and checkout were smooth, the hosts were very flexible with schedules. In short, a wonderful stay that leaves us with good memories.

wow what an amazing place , sis and me stayed here two years ago and it hadnt changed at all, we brought our parents with us for trip down memory lane and seaview was the perfect location, it was absoulutley spotless .if your thinking of staying on the reserve this is probably one of the best places,pricewise, loccation, the romney train literally runs pass the door, Alan the host was so good with communication and very helpful,it literally felt home from home,we made such wonderfull memories with our parents, couldnt fault it at all which nowadays if a very rare comment, thank you Alan once again x

We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings to the fullest – rolling hills, fresh outdoor air and everywhere you look: tranquility. Waking up in the morning with the bellowing of curious cows in the distance, exploring the region by bike with the best friends during the day, and joining the cozy barbecue in the evening... A person really does not need more. The cottage offered us everything: comfort, atmosphere, and a place to make memories together. We stayed for one night at Eric and Aurélie's. Warm welcome, clear explanations and very high availability from them. We were in the caretaker's lodge, a very clean, modern, tastefully decorated accommodation. We felt good there. The hot tub is a real plus. During a morning walk on the Domaine des Anges, we were able to see a hare, a squirrel🐿️, as well as a roe deer. The area is quiet, soothing. The place is conveniently located for visiting: Le Tréport, Mers-les-Bains, Saint-Valery-sur-Somme... A great experience. I recommend it without so much as a second thought! Go for it!

Michelle was there to meet us and was extremely helpful pointing out places to visit and also the best places to eat in the locality. The property is set down a quiet lane in lovely countryside. Inside everything was spotless and it’s impossible to fault anything. We would have no hesitation in returning. Thank you Michelle for a lovely stay.

We had a fabulous stay in Barbara & Mike’s gorgeous little cottage in Deal. It was exactly as described, well equipped and perfectly located right in the heart of the town. It felt very homely and had loads of charm. Deal was a lovely place to spend a long weekend.
