The rooms (38 m2) are on the 2nd floor of the house. The apartment is not self-contained. It consists of a large living/bedroom, kitchen, storage room and bathroom. Everything is available for self-catering. Washing machine and dryer can be used for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. Our single-family home has a spacious, separate floor on the 1st floor with sloping ceilings and charming, super cozy furnishings in a quiet location and close to the Rhine for max. 4 people. The guest floor is of course only available to the guests who have booked. Both bedrooms have a modern and very quiet Daikin Duo split wall air conditioning R32 with the wall unit model FTXP35N.
