Beautiful character farm house "the Libessarde " has been totally renovated while keeping the authentic spirit of the farm. Located in the heart of the terroir of 7 valleys ( Montreuil sur Mer , Hesdin ) and about 50kms from the cote d'Opale ( le Touquet...) and from the Valley de l'Authie ( le Crotoy)... Chantal is welcoming you in her "gite " . On the ground floor a lovely living room with open kitchen and at the first floor 2 bedrooms , and a spare room with a double bed and a bathroom.

bonjour, Chez nous c'est à la bonne franquette. Simplicité et authenticité sont recommandés. un bonheur simple, sans s'en faire. chalet en bois, la terasse face au couché de soleil et au bord de l'eau. Accès a toutes commodités a moins de 2kms, épicerie, boulangerie, boucher, pharmacie. au delà, hypermarché à 5 km. Jolies ballades aux environs (petit port de plaisance, mont des Flandres, gare d'eau) Dégustation de charcuterie et bière artisanale à la brasserie du coin .

House located on the Plateau de Fléquières, 13 minutes' walk from a bus line (every 10 minutes), close to the CHR Calmette metro station which provides quick access to downtown Lille. The accommodation adjoining another cottage and our house is located in the middle of nature without neighbors, in the middle of the fields. The garden and shared outdoor spaces are being developed but each apartment has an individual terrace and a secure parking space.

Located in the courtyard of an active farm, on the Cambrai/Bapaume axis: 15 min from Cambrai, 15 min from Bapaume, 35 min from Douai and 30 min from Arras by car, in a small village in the countryside. Possibility to park the vehicle in the closed courtyard, new studio, spacious, ideal for 2 people. Pets allowed; we have three nice dogs on the farm as well as horses.
