Our house sits on a large lot with pull thru gated parking in a safe neighborhood located in Colonia Zaragoza. It is walking distance to the centro and just a couple hundred yards to the beach where you can walk for miles, swim, Kayak, Fish or Snorkel. We have 4 studios on the second floor that can be rented separately and can accommodate up to 4 people each. The 3rd. floor is a common lounge area overlooking the entire bay with micro gym, kitchen and BBQ for exclusive use of registered guest.

The home's view includes the Sea of Cortez to the east , golf course to the east and mountains to the west. Air conditioned, wifi, televisions and hot tub . Also includes his and her bicycles. Excellent location! Available activities to book at an extra cost include whale watching, kayaking, scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, golf, hiking, off roading with all terrain vehicles and more! Ten minute drive from the Loreto airport. Fifteen minute drive to downtown Loreto. Excellent restaurants!

This beautifully designed and perfectly situated home has three bedrooms and three bathrooms plus a pullout bed off the living room. 24/7 security plus off premise caretaker. 20 seconds from relaxing at the pool, 1 minute to beach for amazing snorkeling or paddle-boarding and 2-3 minutes to restaurants/coffee/spa/stores. Love going to the French bistro for a glass of wine and baguette sandwich. Lots of recommendations for great restaurants and safe guides for excursions.
