The luxurious studio has views over Mt Corroy and is set amongst tropical gardens where you can enjoy an abundance of native wildlife. Featuring high ceilings and huge sliding doors that open to the balcony the studio is eco designed to capture the summer breezes. The hempcrete walls provide natural insulation in all seasons and a peaceful sleep.

The cabin sits 60m from the regional train line, but don't let this deter you. The trains will peak your interest as they roll by, and the beautiful leafy-green outlook will allow you to immerse yourself in peaceful relaxation.

Studio 17 is a separate self contained one bedroom, air-conditioned studio with private entry and off street parking. Located on our premises and just 3-5 minutes to Hastings Street by car (40 minutes if walking) and Noosa Junction dining, the studio is also located within walking distance to Noosa's Farmer's Markets, Noosa River, cafes, restaurants and Aldi for grocery shopping. This cozy guesthouse is tucked away in a quiet spot, offering a peaceful retreat. The absence of a TV keeps it quiet. It's perfectly compact-right in my backyard, with direct access to the pool, where you can unwind or take a refreshing dip. A friendly Labrador (dog) roams the premises, bringing a bit of charm & cheer to the setting. Sorry, no children allowed due to direct pool access. It's the perfect little getaway spot just for two!
