Great place to stay if you want a quiet and away from the crowd. Beautiful swimming pool and the house is perfect. We had a nice stay.

We have stayed in the owners other condo before and really liked it. This is an ideal location for us in a quieter neighborhood on the north side of Hua Hin. It has great swimming pools right on the beach and it’s really a beautiful property. The only challenge was that the mattresses were very hard and you could feel the springs. Khun Supida was very responsive to this and bought and installed a mattress pad for us that solved the issue. I really appreciated the responsiveness! The condo is well stocked and is really comfortable. The hustle and bustle of downtown is only 10 min away. We will be back!

WOW! This place is perfect. It’s a ground floor condo right in front of the pool that overlooks the ocean. The grounds are immaculate and condo is superbly well maintained. The beach is spotless - no garbage at all, soft sand and very clean water. There is no rip tide or undertow and, as such, is perfect for kids wanting to crash about the waves. At night, it is absolutely silent except for the crashing of the waves. While there are a few local restaurants, I’d recommend having a car to get into town as there is no public transport (at least none that I was aware of). Overall a beautiful stay.

Awesome week stay at Joey's condo, superb location in a breathtaking Condo complex with a massive pool and garden area. From Check in to Check out, everything was top notch. Location is perfect, walking distance to beach, restaurants, cane's, mall etc. Joey's condo gets my highest grsde!

A great relaxing place to stay in Hua Hin, especially enjoyed the strong shower water pressure. A very private location but still close enough for convenience. Another plus is the laundry machines, swimming pool, library and games room on the 5th floor. Would recommend for other travellers.

Honestly the nicest Airbnb people. Accommodating, issues with WiFi and they installed ALL NEW FIBRE!! Insane. Would 100% visit again I stayed for 5 weeks I loved it that much!!

Have stayed is several air B&B all over the world. Hard to find someone who is a responsive, friendly and respectful. You will not be regret staying here i promise you. What you see in the photos is exactly what you will receive while staying in this beautiful condo. Will recommend it to my friends for sure.

I had a very pleasant time in Hua Hin! The apartment was exactly as described – clean, well equipped and in a perfect location. Everything worked smoothly, from communication to the key exchange. Especially the proximity to restaurants, the beach and markets was a big plus. I felt completely comfortable and would book here again anytime. Thanks for a great stay!

Absolutely wow! This accommodation made us fall in love with Hua Hin. The place is very comfortable, and well-maintained. The condo community is fantastic too — with an amazing pool, a well-equipped gym, and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Runchita is a wonderful host — incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful. This is the third time we've stayed at one of Oyvind's properties. Both of his properties are in the same development and this was the first time we'd stayed at this property. As previously the property was well maintained as were the facilities and amenities. The villa is located in nice quiet chilled out development. There are enough local shops and restaurants located in walking distance If want to stay local Ordering food in is easy using the local apps we never had any issues. Also transport to the main town is easily accessible by local apps or the villa contact. Thanks Oyvind see you next year 🙂

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this private villa. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a hidden paradise—peaceful, beautifully maintained, and designed for total relaxation. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with every amenity we could possibly need. The private pool was a highlight, perfect for group of people enjoy. The surrounding area was quiet with lot of Todd’s sounds. The host maid was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful property, and I can confidently say it deserves every single one of its 5 stars! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. It is just a short walk to the beach, making it ideal for families like ours who love spending time by the water. The convenience of being so close to Blue Port Mall was also fantastic – we could easily shop, dine, and explore without worrying about transportation. The house itself was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you could ask for. The kitchen had all the essentials, which made preparing meals a breeze, and the cozy living areas were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The bedrooms were spacious, comfortable, and provided everyone in our family with a restful night's sleep.

This is our second stay at Rassamee’s house. It’s in a quiet location away from town but close enough to get there whenever you want. Easy to get grab and bolt and close to shops and good restaurants. We will stay with Rassamee in the future.

This property was amazing! We were 7 guys in hua hin to play golf and the house accommodated us really well. 7 bedrooms, great pool and garden. Staff were extremely friendly and great cooks too! Will def come back!

We enjoyed our stay at Tippawans accommodation. Located only a few minutes drive from restaurants and main shopping area and yet peaceful and quiet once you are back through the security gates. Tippawan was friendly and helpful on the few occasions we contacted her with questions . We are happy to recommend to others.

The house was absolutely gorgeous as was the garden. The complex was safe and peaceful and beautifully landscaped and laid out. Although the house had its own pool we tended to use the main communal pool, it had a better shallow area for the toddler that was with us and it was bigger. The house was well equipped, especially the kitchen and I was able to make proper meals. Tukta, the housekeeper was brilliant at helping us with anything we asked. Also the security guards were so friendly.

Nice studio apartment with a comfortable bed and great facilities. Friendly/helpful guards with easy check-in. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The host was very responsive.
