We can only recommend this place - we will be back! Annie has been a great host who provides us with all the necessary information in advance and shortly before departure and quickly during the stay with questions responded. We liked the apartment very much, location on the 14th floor was great! Very tasteful interior design. The condo is highly recommended, great opportunities to relax with gym, sauna and especially the mega roof top pool!!! It was awesome! Very friendly staff, right across the street is a 7eleven - in case you need anything. In the area there are some nice places, the night market can be easily reached in about 15 minutes on foot, the old town in about 30 minutes walk - just top location! Looking forward to our next stay with you Annie!

Gary, the host, did everything in line with me. My friend broke the check-in time and waited until late at night even though there was a problem. The accommodation was clean and like my home. I don't know if it's because I don't have the next schedule, but they adjusted the checkout time and provided me with convenience. There is a food court where you can enjoy clean local food in 5 minutes on foot, and Maya Soping Mall is also a 6-jun on foot, so it was very comfortable. Living on a rooftop is a pretty interesting experience and we enjoyed our stay here. The rooftop is pretty spacious with a lot of outdoor space to just chill and enjoy the sun and the stars. The place is in a great location for people like us that want to stay in a quiet neighborhood but still close to the Old City.

We had such a lovely stay at the apartment in Chang Phueak! It was super clean and spacious, with a perfect location near restaurants, malls, and the night market. Jennie and her team were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. We absolutely recommend staying here—it was just perfect!

Friends are very satisfied with the overall feeling of this B&B. We specially arranged to stay in the B&B for half a day to enjoy the indoor facilities: billiards table, swimming pool, karaoke and barbecue grill. It was like having a happy party, very unforgettable. The B&B is not far from the mall and supermarket. Great, recommended.

The house was exactly like the pictures. It has 3 large en-suite bedrooms, all beautiful. It was very spacious, quiet and private. There was access to a pool and a gym, usually we were the only people there. There is 24 hour security at the gate, and the guards were very polite and friendly. Bill sent us a list of local amenities that was helpful. We hired a scooter for the duration of our stay, although the grabs are reasonably priced to get into the old town. There was a Thai restaurant and some local bars that we walked to. Overall we would recommend this accommodation and we would certainly come back if we were in the area again.

The house itself is small, and there is no garden. The owner is very helpful, responds immediately. A very polite person. It was a pleasure to communicate with him.

The place looks as in the pictures. It’s in a nice neighborhood, with a lot of well known restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Going to places in the city took us around 10-15 mins. Only one thing is missing is TV. If the host can add it to the house, this place will be perfect! All in all, I enjoy staying here.

The room is not far from tourist attractions. Easy to get around. The house feels warm and homely. Fully equipped with amenities. There is a small kitchen with all the necessary equipment. The bedroom has a soft and comfortable bed. Impressive.🫶🏻

The apartment is in a great location, walking distance to Nimman 1, Maya Mall.The room is well equipped and the balcony has a magnificent mountain view.The Host responded quickly and communication was smooth.The owner was happy to allow a late check-out for temporary reasons.Friendly and quiet neighborhood.There is renovation during the stay, and there is sometimes noise during working hours, which is unavoidable.The balcony door has a mosquito net, it's sealed, but you can still hear the plane.But it doesn't affect my sleep.I'll come back if I get the chance. Nice comfortable condo with great mountain view. Maya mall and Nimman very close, Old city is reachable by walk. Napaphat is good responsive host.

Neil was an absolutely amazing host! He showed us everything, explained all the details, and was incredibly responsive and kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Great view, quiet, spacious studio apartment. As stated in previous reviews there was no toilet paper, soap or drinking water - but I knew what to expect and so brought these things with me. Korvith was responsive when we had a problem with getting hot water and sent help immediately, problem fixed. The bed was comfortable … all in all, a good experience.
