In the heart of the Trois Pignons forest, the house is located in a privileged setting with immediate access to climbing sites, 7 minutes from Milly la Forêt and 20 minutes from Fontainebleau. On a large forest plot of more than 4000 m2, it consists of a large pyramidal living room of 50 m² with fully equipped kitchen, two large bedrooms with double beds 140 and 160, a sofa bed 120, bathroom with large shower, double sink, separate toilet. Sleeps 4/5 or 6 depending on children.

It is located near the most beautiful climbing and walking spots (Rochers de la Dame Jouanne, Forêt des 3 Pignons, Fontainebleau Forest) and the city of Fontainebleau and its castle. The A6 highway will also allow you to reach Paris (70 km).

In the heart of the 3 Pignons massif (Fontainebleau forest), nature lovers will appreciate the direct access to the forest. Château de Fontainebleau and Grand Parquet 10 minutes away. Free private parking.

Architect house of 260m² , quiet, located in the middle of trees and rocks, on a natural land of 10,000m² on the slope of a hill. 5 min drive to the Forêt des Trois Pignons and the famous 25 bumps trail, 15 min to the Fontainebleau forest and 10 min to the Buthiers leisure base. 10 min from climbing sites and equestrian centers. Numerous walks or bike rides (not provided but renter on request) possible upon departure from the house.
