Charming single-storey house located in the typical village of Le Vieil. You'll love the peace and quiet of the house and the 5-minute walk (400 m) to the pretty beaches of Mardi Gras and Le Vieil. The village centre and its shops are just a 3-minute walk away: supermarket with bakery, tobacconist's and newsagent's, restaurant, bar, Saturday market (from 8 July to 26 August). The centre of Noirmoutier can be reached in 8 minutes by bike and 5 minutes by bus (free service in summer).

The accommodation is located 50 m from the beach, close to all amenities (bar, restaurant, supermarket, tobacco, press, etc.), and a few meters from the fishing port and marina of L'Herbaudiere.

The house also features 3 bathrooms as well as 3 tele-work places with garden views. Located in the center of Vieil à Noirmoutier, 130 meters from the beach and 80 meters from shops (supermarket, restaurant, café, tobacco press). We do not provide sheets, pillowcases and bath towels, the wood stove is not included in the rental, do not use it, very efficient electric radiators with fluid inertia. Ideal house for 4 people.
