In this 4-hectare estate, the seat of a family home, La Petite Maison, a former bakehouse, has been renovated with attention to raw and natural materials combining comfort and respect for old buildings. On the program: visit to farm animals, collection of fruits and vegetables, swimming pool in fine weather, comforting fires in the stove in winter.

The house is located in a beautiful fully enclosed garden, outbuildings and a large courtyard for outdoor lunches and barbecue. Will be at your disposal: Ping Pong table, heated jaccuzy ( excluding late Nov - March) bikes and… Many activities: forest walk, golf, skeet shooting, etc. Cooking workshop upon request. Extended check-out time during the weekend. (Friday 5 p.m. to Sunday evening)

This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). Capacity: 9 adults and 3 children (extra bed on the ground floor and 2 baby beds on request).

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

The house faces a barn in a large protected yard with a garden and an adjoining meadow available.
