Well equipped with underfloor heating, garbage disposal, dishwasher, oven, micro, pampering and huge hot tub that is perfect for cold weather, which can be heated and cool according to the weather, a barista coffee machine, a 55'TV with a subscription to Disney and Netflix, games and toys for children and more and more. * There is easy access to a nearby safe room if needed

There is a gas system for heating water(not operating on Shabbat) and also a solar water heater.
