The house is ideal for two adults, but two children or adults can comfortably stay on the sofa bed in the living room.

Stay in our cozy annex in the middle of the castle town close to the castle town, the commercial street, the lake and several lovely eateries. The annex is about 30 sqm and you will sleep in a loft with a double bed (180 cm wide). There is a shower, kitchenette (1 hot plate), sofa, dining table and your private east-facing terrace with a great view of Fredensborg. The annex was built by August Bournonville (ballet master), who from 1854-1879 used the main house as a summer residence.

The house is perfect for a romantic get-away or as a writing den if you need peace and quiet a few days for contemplation.

Very cute house, away from the busy life. Bathroom, kitchen and living room on the ground floor and two cosy rooms upstairs. We found everything to be perfectly clean and organized. Kristian and his wife were very helpful during the check-in, and the checkout was equally as easy. Will definitely consider this place when I come to the area again! Thank you 🙂

So nice, fresh and luxurious accommodation. We felt pampered and well received by Charlotta! There was everything you could need in the cottage - picnic gear, coffee, fully equipped kitchen, good speakers, candles, etc. Close to morning swims and nice walks. The very best thing was that there were three(!) patios, one with breakfast sun, one with lunch sun and one with evening sun. We would have loved to stay longer!

The little 'hop house' was perfect for my 2 week stay. The quiet, charming deck overlooking the garden, catches the morning sun, perfect for breakfast time. It provided everything I needed from morning coffee to being able to cook for myself in the evening. I loved to return to it's peacefulness at the end of day., and was certain if a sound sleep in the comfy bed. Jonas and Emilie are great hosts!
