Vacation rentals with a patio in Nobsa

it is an excellent apartment, with a very good location, the person in charge is very friendly and helped us get an additional parking space; however in the description of the property they do not tell people that a one-off payment of 5 thousand per person must be made for a handle that at no time was required by the police as at the door as they tell the guest, additional charge of 5,000 per person for access to the pool and 5 thousand per person for access to the sauna and the use is only 2 hours i.e. if the guest wants to be more time in the pool they must check if there is a quota and pay again for the times you want to use the wet areas.

The apt is huge, it's for several people, the truth takes it for 2 people just because from the date I had no more options. But for the price it's too good. everything super clean and tidy. Mrs. Celmira super attentive!

The apartment complies with everything indicated, the sector is very quiet and the hosts were always attentive to what we needed. Highly recommended and very grateful for the service provided.

The apartment boasts a great location, the set is very quiet and features a private parking lot. the beds are: double 2 beds and 1 single and a sofa bed that is not so comfortable. everything is very organized and there is permanent support from the owner

The house is very well located, very friendly in everything, the only thing we recommend is to add another bathroom since it only has 1 bathroom for the whole Apartment. Everything else is perfect

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The host and his mother are incredibly kind and welcoming people. From the moment we arrived, they made sure we were comfortable and checked in with us regularly throughout our stay. The house itself is exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, spacious, and very relaxing. The bathrooms were spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. What really stood out was their hospitality. On the day of our checkout, they even helped us arrange a taxi and made the entire process smooth. They were happy to host us in their home downstairs as well, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Truly a great experience—highly recommended!

Diana is a great host, responsive and friendly. The place inside is quite clean and good, unfortunately the entry road is not paved(200 meters) generating a lot of dust in the air, but is not an issue of the apartment.

The accommodation complies with what is described in the app, the place is organized and is very conveniently located, since it is easy to go to the surrounding municipalities. The residential unit has restaurants and shops where you can buy groceries and all kinds of food. Mateo was attentive to the concerns that arose and made good recommendations. Very good price. Highly recommended place.

Excellent Stay in the Heart of Paipa This apartment near Lake Sochagota is a gem! Perfectly located for exploring Boyacá with thoughtful furnishings for a comfortable stay. The place was impressively clean upon arrival. Viviana, who managed our check-in, provided exceptional service, responded promptly to questions and patiently handled ID requirements. Her local recommendations for restaurants and desserts became highlights of our trip. The only minor drawback was the thin walls, allowing us to hear neighbors occasionally. This wasn't a major issue and not something hosts can control in the building's construction. For anyone exploring the lush, green landscapes of Boyacá, this apartment is the perfect base. The convenient location, comfortable amenities, and outstanding hospitality made our experience memorable. We would book this place again for future visits!
