Maja on uus (aastast 2022) ja värske ning iga detail on omamoodi! Suur õu koos muru, laudisteede ja metsamaastikuga. Lisaks oma rannajoon koos mõnusa terrassi ja vaatega. Piirkonnas on suurepärased matkarajad, lindude/loomade vaatlustornid ja huvitav keskkond.

2019 a ehitatud kõikide mugavustega maja asub hinnatud suvituspiirkonnas, keset männimetsa. 1 km kaugusel Roosta puhkeküla, kus asuvad restoran, seikluspark, välibaar, parkla, avalik liivarand. Majas on ruumikas ja valgusküllane köök-elutuba, 2 eraldi magamistuba, sauna eesruum, duširuum, leiliruum ning WC. Lisaks II korrusel eraldi sissepääsuga rõduga tuba. Lisatasu eest kümblustünni kasutamine (etteteatamisega, hind ja tingimused kokkuleppel).
