The home is situated 700 meters from Øresund when you want your morning swimm. The station is 3 min. walk away and the train takes you dirctly to Copenhagen within 40 min. Huset har egen indgang, terrasse, parkeringsplads og er ugenert fra resten af ejendommen. Der er 2 cykler til rådighed. Huset egner sig ikke til børn under 12 år. Der er en trappe midt i boligen hvor børn kan komme alvorligt til skade hvis de falder ned.
