Newly renovated after storm damage! Separate small studio guesthouse behind the main house with parking , wonderful views of the Ahr valley nearby. Small en-suite wet room with shower and toilet, basic cooking area with a double cooking hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and seating area. There is a tiny patio outside with seating. 28km to the Nürburgring. 4 hiking paths are just outside the front door. Very quiet country village. The hallway leads to our basement rooms, which means we sometimes have to go through the hallway. Mini kitchen. Wi-Fi. TV. Near DRK Altenheim. A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.

A quiet and cozy place with fantastic views of the vastness. The small house is called "Sonnenhaus" and is located in the wonderful, nature-surrounded town of Aremberg in the Eifel. The sun house has a living room, a bedroom (with double bed and desk) and a kitchen-living room with fireplace. There is an outdoor toilet. Showers are possible in the house opposite by arrangement. Since there is no heating except for the two fireplaces, the property is only rented in summer.

My place is close to the Nürburgring, it is 2.4 km from the path to the driveway. You'll love my place because of the generous space, the full furnishings that also allow the preparation of meals, because of the relatively reasonable rental prices, and the immediate neighborhood to the Nürburgring. Bringing dogs is allowed on request and costs €4/night/dog.
