Bel appartement, assez bien situé et bien arrangé ! Le baignoire extérieur est un plus appréciable ! Le logement est très bien agencé mais il est un peu plus petit que sur les photos. Nous recommandons !!

The home is lovely and spacious, and we enjoyed spreading out after all of the cramped hotel rooms in Tokyo. Taxis had a difficult time finding the site, but it is very close to a train station, as another plus. If you are coming to Osaka for the World Expo or Universal Studios, be aware that your travel visa public transportation is approximately 1.5 hours each way to these sites. Bruce is very responsive and a wonderful host, and we felt welcomed during our enjoyable stay. As a family group, the house was perfect for our needs.

Previously booked this airbnb after a friend booked a similar airbnb next door to the current one last year when i came to Osaka. Really convenient and good pricing for an airbnb as its a few minutes walk from Shin-Osaka Station. Overall a good experience too since they have amenities which are able to accommodate the trip for me and my friends and a host which is responsive and friendly to our needs

Wonderful place to stay with family

便利な場所で奈良を楽しめました。 家具や食器などもとてもいいものが揃えられ、すばらしい滞在となりました。ありがとうございました。

Out of all the Airbnbs I’ve stayed at, this one is by far the best. The host was prompt, accurate, and incredibly kind. The house was spotless, very close to the station, with a 7-Eleven just 5 seconds away, a delicious ramen shop 30 seconds away, and an Aeon Mall only 2 minutes away. Noda Hanshin Station is just 2 stops from Osaka Umeda and 5 stops from Namba, so the location is absolutely perfect. There’s also an amazing yakitori place about a 10-minute walk away it was honestly the best I’ve ever had.(Yakitori Yukiyasai Nagashiro) If you’re traveling with family, don’t hesitate choose this place and you won’t regret it. I’m so grateful to the host for making our trip so comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you also for the famous Japanese snacks you gave us as a gift they were delicious! Wishing you lots of success, health, and happiness. I’ll definitely come back here the next time I travel to Osaka!

咲優花’s house was equipped with everything we needed, including a selection of coffee pods (for the coffee machine), sugar and creamer, and even condiments like soy sauce and oil (which we didn't use as we did not do any cooking). There was air-conditioning in all the rooms (including living/dining), which were effective in keeping the house cool even though the weather was very hot (up to 37C during the day) as it was summer. As others have noted, the staircase is somewhat steep and narrow; though this did not pose a problem for my family. Also, the shower/bathroom on the ground floor is inside the ground floor tatami bedroom. Again not a problem for my family as there were only 4 of us and the upstairs bedrooms accommodated us adequately. We could therefore leave the ground floor shower/bathroom for shared use. Location was convenient, with the subway, many casual restaurants, a Lawson and a pharmacy within a 10-min walk from the house.

The building is new, and everything inside felt fresh and clean. The location is within walking distance to the station, although access to the building is via a small lane from the main road. It's a three-storey building that can comfortably accommodate eight people. Additionally, it's very close to convenience stores and grocery stores, making it convenient for shopping needs. Overall, a great place for a comfortable stay!

Great place to stay! Went to USJ (only 20 minutes by train!). Very close to Dotonbori and Namba by train. Very responsive host!

This is the perfect Japanese style home especially if you’re looking to go to Universal. It’s very affordable & family friendly. By far the most comfortable place. The host was responsive and provided very helpful tips. I would definitely stay here again

Magnifique logement très bien aménagé et parfait pour 4 personnes . Si vous venez à Osaka il faut absolument loué ce logement ( proche de Universal studio et pas loin des transports en commun ) merci nous reviendrions avec plaisir dans votre logement !!

This place is literally 5-7mind walk away from kishima station. Me and 3 kids walked there everyday and then were able to go anywhere in the subway system.m

Tadashi home is very cosy and convenient. It takes just 5 mins to walk from the train station. It can fit our group of 8 people. Very nice home with all equipment you need for your stay. Highly recommend this home if you travel to Osaka.

My family of 5 absolutely loved this home. It was modern, comfortable, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The kids loved the “loft” room! And the beds were so comfortable. We will be back to Osaka and look forward to booking this home again! 10/10 ⭐️

位置在大阪的偏北，很安静，离千船站很近，交通方便，去梅田几站地，房子在日本应该算大了，我们两个人住的很宽绰，比住酒店方便很多，可以做饭。房屋虽然很旧但很干净，离我孩子学校很近，所有选择这个。下次来，还住这里。

駅から近くコンビニもいくつかあって便利だった。 駅から難波まで電車一本で行けて、価格も安かったので、大変満足できました。 チェックインの手順は分かりやすかったのですが、玄関のドアだけは開けにくかったのです。 改善点と言えば、1、全体的にきれいだかリビングのライトカバーが外されたり破れたりして2階のトイレは手拭きタオルなかった。 2、掲載写真の方は明るく綺麗に映っていますが、実際最初に部屋に入った瞬間に、古い家の匂いがしましたし、リビングも写真と違いました。 3、玄関のドアはちょっと開け閉めが分かりにくかったんです。4泊泊まってもイマイチです。

Schönes neues Haus in einer ruhigen Gegend mit allem Komfort, den man sich wünscht. Es ist perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sofort wieder hierherkommen. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für uns eine der besten Unterkunft, die wir in Japan hatten. Vielen Dank für alles!

This was an excellent home to stay in for our family of 5. Close to both stations which was very helpful! 7-11 was right around the corner, which was important for coffee and snacks. House was beautifully maintained and pristine! Very modern and larger for Japanese standard homes. Perfect for families! Hot shower with great water pressure! Comfy beds. Would highly recommend!
