It is a room on the 2nd floor of a 40-year-old apartment located in a quiet area about 15 minutes by car from Sapporo Station. We live in the same apartment, so if anything happens, we will take care of it right away. 10-minute walk from JR Shinkawa Station About 20 minutes on foot from Kita24jo Station on the Nanboku Subway Line It's a little inconvenient. There are few drive streets and you can stay quiet. This room has a good view. Parking for 1 car is available at the property (reservation required).It is available for 500 yen per day.(It is a parking lot that I use every day.I'll park elsewhere) 5-minute walk to convenience store A 4-minute walk to the drugstore 10min walk to supermarket It is a convenient place for life. There is also a large supermarket and hot spring facilities at the second station. The sofa bed is 170cm. ☆Transportation We will pick you up at Shinkawa Station on the first and last days of your stay as much as possible. Sorry if the time doesn't work for you. Air conditioning (cooling only) installed in March 2025.

You can stay comfortably in a spacious 41.7 ㎡ 1LDK room with air conditioning!! There are auto-locks and security cameras at the entrance, and room keys with electronic keys with security. If you come by car, please use coin-operated parking on the premises. Indoor parking for large cars and high roof cars, you can park safely even in bad weather. On the first floor of the building, there is a Baumkuchen shop that uses luxurious Hokkaido ingredients.It is also very popular with souvenirs!!!! Tokiwa Town is the only area where you can experience the great outdoors and rural life of Hokkaido, located about 40 minutes by train from Sapporo. In addition, the town was developed by samurai, and the local shrine enshrines the samurai god. Local shops are also attractive, and there are interesting shops such as a game shop and an izakaya where you can interact with cats. I recommend staying for a week or more to experience local life in this special town. If you stay longer, you can learn more about Tobetsu-cho. In the summer, you can fully enjoy the great outdoors of Hokkaido by cycling for 15 minutes. In winter, it is a heavy snow area with snowfall of 1 meter or more.There are snowballs, sledding, and a snow festival.
