Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Nishi Ward

Pros: Fantastic Location, Great price, good spaced, and clean! only thing is for light sleepers, might find some trouble sleeping with noise from the road. near a hospital too so ambulance sometimes late at night. however, ear plugs provided helped me to sleep better at night.

A beautiful place that is just 1 minute from Dotonbori River, and few minutes away from all the lovely food at Dotonbori, and wonderful shopping in Shinsaibashi. The location of the Airbnb is also only less than 10 mins away from Namba station, which is wonderful as a base to all the different train lines you need to get to various places in Osaka, or even Kyoto, Kobe and Nara. The apartment is located one street away from the busy Glico running man, so it is quiet for a good rest, yet close enough to all the actions for food and shopping. It is well equipped for cooking and has ample spaces for our luggage and more than enough bedding for a family of 4. I would certainly say, this is definitely the best place to stay in terms of amendities it provide, and the wonderful location. And Yoshi-san is helpful, responsive and you can say I will certainly be back here when I am in Osaka in the near future! So look no further, book with ease!!!

The place was well equipped, clean, in a great location near to a supermarket and convenience store. Short walk to a metro station and in a great area.

Miwa’s apartment was exactly what we needed for a short stay in Osaka. The place was exactly as described, the instructions were really clear, it was really close to public transport and a lively local area. Thanks Miwa

I am very pleased with my time at Naomi’s place! After a week in Tokyo it was nice to be staying somewhere with some space. The unit is on the third floor of the building and away from any street noise, of which there wasn’t much to begin with - it was easy to get a good night of sleep. The unit is equipped with anything you could possibly need. Having an in unit washer and dryer is so nice. I would gladly stay at Naomi’s place again!

We had a great stay. This apartment was perfect for us. It is quiet. It is only three minutes from the subway station. There’s plenty of places to eat and buy food. Masashi and Maya were very responsive and kind. I really appreciate all of our kindness and extra steps to make sure that we were OK and having a good stay. I will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing 2-wk stay at Xiaoyang’s apartment. The apartment was well appointed and very clean, with washing machine, dish drain (a surprising number of places don’t supply one!), and space to spread out and relax. Although there were plenty of guests in the other units in the building, the apartment itself was well insulated and very quiet. The one minor difficulty we had was safely navigating the 12 min walk down the narrow and busy (with cars, bicycles, and lots of tourists) streets to the Nippombashi Metro station.

Perfect stay for the 2025 Expo. A 7 min walk to the train station and there’s a Family Mart and grocery store nearby. We especially loved the dining area!

Asuka place is very cozy and as shown in the pictures. Bed were comfy, place was easy to find and instruction were clear. Highly recommended.

咲優花’s house was equipped with everything we needed, including a selection of coffee pods (for the coffee machine), sugar and creamer, and even condiments like soy sauce and oil (which we didn't use as we did not do any cooking). There was air-conditioning in all the rooms (including living/dining), which were effective in keeping the house cool even though the weather was very hot (up to 37C during the day) as it was summer. As others have noted, the staircase is somewhat steep and narrow; though this did not pose a problem for my family. Also, the shower/bathroom on the ground floor is inside the ground floor tatami bedroom. Again not a problem for my family as there were only 4 of us and the upstairs bedrooms accommodated us adequately. We could therefore leave the ground floor shower/bathroom for shared use. Location was convenient, with the subway, many casual restaurants, a Lawson and a pharmacy within a 10-min walk from the house.

Mitsu and Eri were excellent hosts! Super responsive, genuinely kind, and generous. One of the best hosts we have encountered on Air B&B. They always responded expeditiously to our messages and were always very clear and concise in their responses. After four days of staying in their wonderful home and communicating with them on a daily basis we honestly felt like they were family and we had know them for a long time. More than excellent hosts!!!! Aside form being super hots, their home was fabulous, everything form the location to the comfort and cleanliness of their home made us fell at home. After a long day of being out and seeing all that Osaka and its nearby locations had to offer we always welcomed coming home to this great home! It was is very spacious and clean and we felt like we could live here. Form the 3 places we stayed in Japan this was absolutely our favorite and ew highly recommend it! Thank you for being an amazing host and for your amazing home. :)

We had a wonderful stay at Taki's place with 2 adults and 2 kids. Everything was nice, clean absolutely 5* stay. Near to train station. We loved the place so much and we will come back again!

大人4人で宿泊しましたが、十分なスペースがありゆったり過ごすことができました。清潔でかわいいお部屋です。和室、ベッド用の寝室、広いリビングがあります。敷布団が見つからず、掛け布団がたくさんあったため、それを敷布団に活用しましたが、どこかに敷布団があったのでしょうか？気になる点はそこだけでした。

Hana was a great host! She answered questions we had both in advance and during our stay very promptly. There was plenty of space for our large family and the kids playroom was an incredible gem and made being on vacation in another country with little kids so much easier. We loved the tatami floor beds in the living room as they’re easier with kids versus taller beds. The rooftop deck has nice views of the train and sunsets. We would stay again.

今回、家族での大阪へ旅行することとなりこちらのお部屋を利用させていただきました！ 玄関を入ると写真で見ていたよりも高級感溢れる内装に驚きました。清掃なども細部まで行き届いており、非常に気持ちよく利用することができました。 私たちにはまだ小学生の子どもがいるので、周りに迷惑をかけないかと不安がありますが、こちらのお部屋ではそのような心配も忘れ、家族でとても有意義な時間が過ごせました。 子どもの1番のお気に入りだったのはシアタールームです。私たちの家ではあれほどの大きな画面で映画やアニメを観ることはできないため、初めての経験ではしゃいでいました！ おしゃれなバーカウンターもとても気に入りました。キッチンで簡単な料理を作り、それをつまみにしてお酒を飲むのは普段の生活とはまた異なった非日常的な時間だと感じられて大満足でした。 大阪市内への主要観光地へのアクセスも良く、ホストの方とのやり取りも親切かつ丁寧だったのが印象的です。 家族や友人など大切な人たちとゆっくりと過ごされたい方には周りを気にせずプライベートな時間を送れるこの部屋を是非おすすめします！ この度はありがとうございました。 大阪旅行に行く際はまた是非利用したいと思います！

Great apartment to stay at in Osaka! Within walking distance to Dotonbori, still quiet/peaceful for rest. Very well decorated, well stocked kitchen and bathroom and lots of towels. Great, responsive, helpful host. Only few drawbacks is lack of storage space (limited closets) and having to share one bathroom/toilet. Would definitely recommend to others and we would stay here again in the future!

This place is exactly as all the other five-star reviews describe. The host is considerate, kind, and responsive. The space is quiet yet close to several major stations. The instruction manuals for the indoor equipment are clear and thorough. I can see how much care the host has put into ensuring our comfort through all the thoughtful details. We’ll definitely book here again if we visit Osaka in the future!

Sakura’s apartment was amazing. Everything was perfect and her hospitality was top notch. They included lovely little snacks/drinks, and cards to use at the 7-11, and the futons were already set up for my kids upon arrival. The location cannot be beat! We would definitely come back!

Great value for a quiet stay in a traditional neighborhood just off the subway line. Easy access to rest of city. Apartment was spacious and provided a traditional Japanese living experience. Would stay again.

Wonderful stay at Bi’s apartment. Very responsive & kind. We arrived late & he waited for us & helped with our luggage. Good location, easy to walk to the Dotonbori & close to Nippombashi & Namba stations. Sometimes there can be some slight noise from passing traffic but nothing a good pair of ear plugs won’t solve. Bi was always responsive & helpful with any queries. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Bi’s place again when we next visit Osaka.

지역 이름 그대로 살기좋고, 길게 있고싶은곳 언젠가, 살거나 길게 여행을 하게되면 나가이공원 주변에서 꼭 머물고싶다는 생각이 항상 있었습니다. 휴직을 하고, 드디어 용기를내서 왔네요. 운이 좋게도 이 숙소가 있어서, 선택하게 되었어요. 숙소에 대해선 사실 세탁기만 있으면 다 없어도OK 라는 생각이었는데, TV, 레인지, 세탁기, 에어컨까지 다 있어서 너무좋았어요. 불만이 전혀 없어서 숙소 내부에 대해 뭔가 가득가득 쓰고싶어도 떠오르는게 없네요. 호스트는 오사카사람 그 자체입니다. 활기차고, 웃음이 많은 밝은사람이며, 모두와 금방 친해지는 사람이에요. 숙소 관리자와 같이 밥먹는걸 경험해본적 없었는데, 함께 밥도먹고, 사소한 일상적인 대화도 하며, 덕분에 즐거운 시간이었어요. 무언가가 필요하거나 부족한 부분이 없는지 항상 확인해줍니다. 혹시 오시는분이 일본어나 영어를 못하더라도, 통역어플이 있으니까 어떻게든 도와줄거에요. "외국어는 다른나라의 말이니까 어쩔수없이 틀릴수밖에 없으니까, 틀리더라도 좌절하지않고 꾸준히 쓰며 익숙해지면된다" 라는 생각의 호스트라서, 정말 멋있다고 생각합니다. 예정때문에 지금은 잠시 나고야로 이동했지만, 당장이라도 돌아가고싶을정도로 여전히 생각나는 지역이고 정말 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 지역의 사람들도 친절하며 웃음이 많아요. 함께있으면 미소짓게되는 분위기의 사람들이 사는 동네이고, 항상 조용한 분위기의 마을이지만, 주말이나 스포츠경기가 있는날은 활기넘치는 마을이 됩니다.

Our experience here was fantastic! The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making it a real pleasure to experience living like a local Japanese in a condo, rather than a typical chain hotel. The location is unbeatable: you're just steps from the subway and a short walk from both Dotonbori Street and Kuromon Market. We had a truly wonderful stay in a highly convenient spot. Highly recommended!
