Since it is a house nestled in the mountains, we will do our best to take care of it, but during the warmer months, insects can be seen.It snows a lot in winter.In autumn, the leaves dance. You must also adjust the fire in the wood stove yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but it's got an incredible view. After traveling the globe and staying in various hotels and guesthouses my wife and I have attempted to present a Holiday Villa that will cover just about all of our guests wants & needs. Holiday Villa Boston (HVB) is located in the heart of Niigata City. HVB is a 2 to 10 minute walk from historical sites, great restaurants and entertaining bars. I couldn't bring myself to change the exterior's design, front gate or the front door. However, the interior is tailor made for guest to rest & relax.

The house is comfortable for two but can easily accommodate up to four guests.
