Studio has own entrance and is separate from the main house. Studio has its own private bathroom with a shower, and laundry facilities, electric heat in the winter. Air conditioning only in the sleeping area of the bnb in the summer. There is a food prep area with a large sink. There is no oven but several small appliances available for meal prep.Studio sits on 6 acres with nearby hiking trails or towns. Would be nice for the traveling contractor who needs a room for their current local job.

This place had a really wonderful view of the river! Overall, the house was clean but it definitely felt like someone else’s home, just to set expectations. But regardless, our stay was very pleasant. There was some road noise you could hear inside but that is quickly made up for by the lovely views and sound of the river.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Mesa’s place. It’s the perfect spot right on the McKenzie River. We were there for the McKenzie River 50k over a long weekend. It’s quiet, peaceful, and with plenty of space for our a few families and kids. The home had everything we needed to cook meals, and despite the hot weather, the AC kept the house cool and comfortable the entire time. Mesa was very communicative and helpful throughout. We would definitely stay here again!

Tim and Karen's place was extremely relaxing and enjoyable and they were the perfect hosts. The property was so beautiful and they have jars labelled with treats for the animals on the property. My grandkids loved feeding the goats and chickens. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend their Airbnb to anyone who wants a completely quiet, relaxing place to stay with no distractions!!!
