The listing is pretty accurate with the view that you get from here. And the photos don’t do justice do the breath taking view from here. The place is near to pretty nice restaurants and has a good parking space. Must have waffles at nutty waffy taffy very close to this place near Nilgiris.

woww!!! what a mesmerizing view that was, when we woke up (even if we had missed the sunrise). we had booked the morning glory and had an awesome private fireplace. the garden view and front view both were mesmerizing. I had also gone through all the reviews so already confirmed with host before going there, about bad locks and bad water but I found exactly how he described that they have fixed the issues and I found that the new locks have been added there and water was also not red. the only thing is wifi doesn't work in the rooms, but in common area it works smoothly. the jio network also doesn't work, so be prepared for that before itself. you will be in the lap of nature totally without any outside disturbance. Even we were thinking to go to ooty only to spend more days at this property just to chill, we couldn't stay this time more than a day. Regrets :(

Byram's place is everything that is stated in the description and much more! Scenic views, peaceful garden and stroll around the neighborhood. They have a lot of variety of flowers in their garden. Rohit, the caretaker at the property is very proactive and helpful. My parents had a great time at the place! 10/10 would recommend it to everyone!

photos don't do justice to the beauty, peace and silence that we could feel while staying. food was amazing, all made with fresh vegetables and spices right from the farm. chef is doing a super job. native food experience. Sam and the whole staff makes you feel so special. nothing wrong can be said bad about this place. can have wifi coz sometimes you really need the internet. will help for people who want to do workation. one of the best experiencial stays you can do

The stay is even more beautiful than the pictures with a canopy of the most beautiful hanging flowers, plus it has a central location nearby to all the spots. Has a beautiful stream and park attached to the stay. Super clean and flavorful food. Had a great experience here.

Nestled among the tea estate all around with breathtaking views. You would find yourself at peace away from the hustle and bustle of city crowd. Great place for a family or group. Well maintained rooms and common areas and budget friendly. If you are planning for Ooty, please do consider this as the alternate getaway and I can bet you won't regret. Felt like home because of the owners. Kamala Madam and Ramachandran Sir were very helpful. We felt as if it’s our own home. Special mention to Srikanth who is the care taker there. He was very good and helpful. Any point of the day he is responsive and active. Really really liked the place. I recommend this to everyone who wants to have a look at great scenic views and still feel at home.

Located near Lovedale, the area offers beautiful views, with misty mornings and light rain adding to the charm. The property is quite photogenic, with a small garden area perfect for photos. I stayed at Ibex Kotagiri with my family for 2 nights. The place was extremely well kept and very tastefully done. The place is situated slightly in a remote area however there is no problem if you have a car in hand. Its a very scenic place and has a breathtaking landscape. The stand out was the hospitality I received from the home keepers/ manager. Surya and Siva made sure every need of mine was satisfied and took extreme care of all of us including my 3yr old kid. The food was a delight. A special mention to the cook!! Overall it was a great experience staying at this property.

We had a lovely stay here. The balcony views were incredible and it rained every day we were there. Antony was extremely helpful and made us feel right at home.

My wife and I stayed at Eden B&B near Coonoor to celebrate her birthday. We had a pleasant experience right from the time of booking, thanks to Maria's responsiveness & proactiveness. As a host, she was both warm and professional. She shared all necessary details in advance, such as permit requirements & places to eat, experience the environment & celebrate my wife's birthday. While Maria coordinates the experience, it's her parents' thoughtful and heartfelt hospitality that made the experience unforgettable for us. It is not often that guests get to enjoy the hospitality of the hosts directly, sans any caretaker. Jose and Sindhu make you feel at home, like family. Along with a sumptuous breakfast, Sindhu also cooked a sweet to celebrate my wife's birthday! While the guest feels like family, they are thoroughly professional with their services. They provide best-in-class amenities and a neatly designed space, perfect for a retreat. Looking to visit more often!

Our stay at Stumpfields in Buttercombai, Ooty was truly delightful and refreshingly peaceful. The location offered a beautiful, tranquil escape, and the accommodations were comfortable and charming. We especially appreciate the stunning natural surroundings. The only minor inconvenience was the limited connectivity and network, which is understandable given the remote location. Overall, it was a wonderful retreat, and we highly recommend it for anyone seeking a relaxing getaway in Ooty.

Rachana’s house is beautiful and clean, and despite being located in a very busy area, is relatively peaceful and quiet. The homemade food was outstanding! Check-in was a bit inconvenient but Rachana and her caretaker were very friendly, she was apologetic about the delays and helped us out with our itinerary as well.

Very nice and cozy case. Beautiful surroundings. Right in the lap of nature. You will enjoy if you want to have time off and relax. Sashi was very helpful and just a call away in case you need anything. Just one suggestion: infrastructure of the rooms can be improved.

The stay was excellent. It’s a nice property for a group of friends or family. The host Jayanthi is nice person and honest. The caretaker and cook Chandran is very nice caretaking and prepares extremely good food. Speciality’s all south India dishes and others too. The Bunglow is well maintained it is in good location. You have scenic view of the tea garden estate right from your balcony front which is amazing. We would rate it excellent and advice the new guest to book with no ambiguity. Looking forward to repeat on same place again.

I felt right at home here. I stayed for two days, and it was like being part of one big happy family. The place was super cozy, exactly like in the photos—what you see is what you get. I even caught one of the best sunrises of my life. A friend ended up joining me for the trip, so I asked Maria if he could stay in my room. She kindly explained that it might ruffle a few feathers with the other guests, which really showed how thoughtful they are. Thankfully, Jose Uncle went the extra mile and helped find him another spot. The breakfast was a feast for the senses—not just delicious, but served with so much care by Sindhu Aunty, like a mother’s touch. One night, we sat around for candlelight stories with Jose Uncle, and he shared some tales that were the icing on the cake. Plus, I had the best company with two other couples, and we made memories to last a lifetime.

The moment I booked the room, I got a call from Najeeb sir and Ayisha Mam, to understand our tour plan and guided us accordingly. We went to Chembrapeak, Banasura Sagar dam but it is not as scenic as the view from this home. we especially enjoyed the retreat of the Moon behind the high-raised mountains.   Our entire family melted with the hospitality and affection of Ayisha mam and Najeeb sir.   Thank you so much Ayisha mam and Najeeb sir for making our trip memorable, I am certain we will not have such a trip unless we come here.
