Vacation rentals with a patio in Nilaveli Beach

Compound Walls and gate gives the maximum security the building and the rooms are 100% clean. Room boy cleans and mops the floor every day. Clean rooms and beds etc. Rooms are with air condition and water heaters make the stay more comfortable. I enjoyed my 3 months stay there. 10 mins walk to the popular Allasgarden beach. 5 mins walk to the restaurants and grocery shops. I recommend anyone goes to Tricomalee to select this RP Villa for stay.

Everything was excellent. The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean, exactly as shown in the photos. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed, and all the furniture and appliances were brand new. The location was perfect, just a minute's walk from the beach, and there’s a nearby store with all the essentials. The hosts were very kind and responsive, always available and willing to help with any questions.

It was a pleasent stay at Bernard's place. Very clean and comfortable. Bernard's Housekeeper was nice and helpful. Just 20m walk to main road, and their are places to dine and buy anything. Certainly I will book again for next Trinco trip.

Bernard wasn’t on the place, but Suran helped us with everything on the place) Gave us the adapter to charge our phones, helped us to get warm water (we couldn’t manage with boiler🙈), helped us with laundry. The villa is located near the beach-main-road, so there was a lot of nice restaurants. We were out of season to swim, but we went to the beach and it was easily accessible too) Thanks a lot!

First things first, the photos don’t do the place justice! The apartment really is beautiful, there is so much space, it is very well equipped and felt really homely. The pool area is excellent and you are right on the beach. It’s perfect for early morning walks and evening swims, of which we did both. The bed was really comfortable too. Handy having a restaurant on site. Highly recommend this property.

Very large accommodation, functional kitchen, very clean. The hosts are very welcoming and activities are possible thanks to Srikanth who has a tuk and knows the area well. Very appreciated.

magical stop after a day by bike ,nice welcome from Samantha who made us feel comfortable right away. we enjoyed the freshness of the house and the very airy terrace,with beautiful views of the garden. Good meal and Sri Lankan breakfast.

Krishan was a lovely host who made me feel very welcome. He and his family went above and beyond hosting, and were friendly and cheerful. The room was as listed, bed, en suite and air con, everything you need. 10 minute walk to Nilaveli beach. Ideal place, very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend staying with Krishan.

Lovely apartment in the very quiet area of Nilaveli. Beautiful beach right on your doorstep and a lovely well maintained pool.

I have booked the apartment on very short notice, yet the check-in process was seamless and efficiently handled by the host. The apartment is thoughtfully equipped, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight is the breathtaking, first-class sea view—an ideal setting for relaxation. Its location is also a major plus, with quick access to tuk-tuks making it easy to explore the area. Despite being well located the atmosphere remains peaceful and private. What truly stood out was the service—the staff were consistently polite, attentive, and a pleasure to interact with, adding a personal touch to the experience. To top it off, there’s a fantastic dining spot right downstairs serving high-quality food, making meals both convenient and enjoyable. Overall, an outstanding stay. Would gladly return and highly recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful stay at Ghazzali’s apartment. It was perfectly clean and tidy and we felt right at home. The amenities within the apartment were very helpful as well as the pool area and very easy access to the beach. Ghazzali was very responsive with messages and we greatly appreciated him hosting us on very short notice. We were extremely impressed with our stay. 10/10. Would recommend to all, especially families.

Absolutely amazing breathtaking fact you forget about all your worries and sorrow the moment when you walk in and look through those big massive windows really really wish I could’ve stayed longer however, looking forward to Returning in November once again thank you for all of your assistance during my day and constant phone calls definitely recommend this place guys worth every penny
