Wonderful place to relax in Workum

This lovely apartment, located on the second floor, has a beautiful view over the countryside, is directly on the water and offers plenty of privacy. Through the front door you enter a spacious hall where you walk up the stairs and enter the apartment. Through the hallway you will reach the bedroom with a comfortable double box-spring bed. Opposite the bedroom is the toilet with next to it the spacious bathroom. At the end of the hallway is the spacious cozy living room with kitchen and also two sleeping places.

Sleeping at the sheep & a whole herd of horses.

Wake up to the view of the dining room of a herd of horses that live in freedom, 2 pigs who make their bed every night in front of the window and sometimes a sheep walks by. Closer to the pure things in life. Therefore, there is no WiFi and no TV. However, there is a large table to play games with each other and a lovely sofa to have a glass of wine together. Making beautiful memories together together! Possibly tandem, boat and beautiful animal experiences to book!

The Farmworkers Wolsum house is almost 500 years old. In this historic building you can experience the history of Súdwest Friesland itself. Forget the crowds and immerse yourself in the rustic character of this old traditional house. Earlier check-in and later check-out is always possible as long as no group leaves or arrives the same day. Because we never rent much during the week, I think the chance that this will happen during the weekend is small.

There were three of us staying at Bouwe and Julia's for a long weekend. The location of the house is really perfect, very quiet and directly between meadows and water. We could enjoy the sun on the two terraces and directly in the water. It was really one of the best houses we've ever been to. The house really had everything you need, it was very clean and exactly as described. Check-in was flexible and easy and Bouwe is always immediately available for inquiries. We will be happy to come back!

1 night sleeping in this b&b. Warm welcome. A very complete stay with atmosphere and a very nice view. Everything has been thought of. Screens in front of the windows, mood lights, sheets for reading. Good bed, a well-kept bathroom. And an infrared sauna for which it was now much too hot for;-) The delicious breakfast is consumed in the garden. With views to the beautiful Frisian landscape. Knotwilgjes/ water/ coffins/ boats/ meadow and tranquility. A good start to the day. Thank you for your care and kindness♡

In this case, I was just the booker for my in-laws. Unfortunately... At some point I will certainly be a guest at Jos's too! The communication with Jos couldn't be better, he patiently explained everything and even came to my in-laws to explain things to them. They were very raving about his friendly and open manner and of course the fantastic accommodation. They just had wonderful days there. And as I said... I will hopefully be able to be a guest there soon!
